This place is the best beach home I’ve ever stayed in! There is so much character and warmth in the home, not the typical cookie cutter condo! The kitchen is well stocked, which is a must for me! It’s an easy few steps over the dunes to the beach which is glorious. I’m coming back next year!

Such a cozy, beautiful, and budget-friendly beach house. Everything was really nicely done, with lots of thoughtful little touches. We especially loved the community spaces, the deck, and the fire pit area with tons of great seating.The hosts were so friendly and kind, and communication was great. They even left us a sweet note and welcome package. Check-in and checkout were super easy. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Windows, glassware were sparkling clean. The better to enjoy the dunes view topped by ocean views, with a glass of wine in hand. The wind-break patio is genius!! Everything in house was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and labeled lighting throughout was very helpful. Hosts were easy to reach, coordinate with, and responsive. It was relaxing and quiet. Just the respite we didn’t really know we needed. Thank you!!

Perfect location-just walked outside and walked through the dunes to the beach. Amazing back deck with tons of seating and swing. The place was perfect and I will be back soon.

Beautiful and serene home. The beach supplies being included and on site were awesome, one less thing to pack! Really enjoyed the view from the deck and all the bird songs. The hosts were great and available for communication. We hope to be back!

Had a great stay on Oak Island in charming, super clean, well appointed ocean front cottage. Spectacular view and location. Hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Great little retreat on the beach. The bedrooms are nice (but note the second bedroom only has a full bed a no closet - not a big deal but something again before booking). However, the master bedroom was very nice along with the living room and kitchen and both bathrooms. The deck was excellent and having the foot wash and separate outside shower would both crowd pleasers. The walk to the beach was the shortest we've had in a very long time. Jackie, the host great and very easy to reach out talk with. Therefore, overall I give this an 5 stars and an A

Baby’s first beach trip

We booked the lil Seabiscuit for a quick family getaway. It was the perfect stay! Amazing deck space and right off the sand, which is what we were looking for. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Everything about our stay was wonderful; the weather didn't cooperate at first, but still. A well-appointed beach cottage; the hosts thought of all needs for their guests. Cozy with a fantastic ocean-facing porch. We will definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the owners added thoughtful details throughout. It was absolutely perfect! We have been searching for just the right beach and house and we found it. We plan on renting this house year after year
