Fam. Getaway

The house was very pretty, clean, spacious and Close to the beach. I would recommend to bring your own non stick pans if you are going to cook and if you have Kcups bring your keurig.Other than that perfect place to stay.

Excellent Vacation house!

My family and I enjoyed staying in the house all clean, beautiful and new house, and had everything we needed, very close to the beach, if we would stay there again!

Long weekend with family in Sarasota

Came mid winter to get some sunshine. House location was perfect for all the different things we wanted to see and do. Would stay again.

Family Vaca

We come down every year to spend spring break with our family that have a home in Sarasota. We e found this home a year ago and have now stayed twice. Each visit has been fantastic and we love staying in this home. It’s new, very clean, in a great location, and has everything you need. The host has taken care of us and has thought of everything . We will definitely continue to stay here.

Our Host Eugene was so easy to work with. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. We loved that there was a high chair and other toddler friendly comforts. We really felt right at home!

It looked clean

We checked in and everything looked good. My wife likes to wash the sheets when we arrive so she took them off the beds and when she opened the washer it was all moldy. Well I had to go to the store to pick up some food so I could get some bleach.While I was gone she opened the dishwasher, it smelled like something had died in it, still I did not complain I bought some dishwasher cleaner to go along with the bleach for the washer. A day or two goes by & I go to take out the trash, both cans are overflowing full. I called and left a message for the property manager, I never heard back, I called VRBO and all they said was that I have to call the property manager. I never did hear back from him. Overall the house was nice but just beware that if they close that washer it will have mold again, it is a front loader. I think the dishwasher was just from food in the strainer inside it but I could not understand the trash or the lack of communication.

We would rent again.

Overall, this house should meet a variety of group needs. We were a couple teenager and it worked well, but would work well with larger groups. Especially looks accommodating for larger group of kids with queen bunks with trundle and air mattresses available. Location is very convenient…nothing really of direct neighborhood appeal to speak of. But assuming you’re here for the beach, it works well to get to/from along with lots of retail and restaurants. Good beach chairs, some toys, towels et cetera to use on beach. The bathroom lighting is curious and too dim and water pressure is low in showers…strange for new house. But for short-term nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Solid B

Christmas Extra Space

Brand new house, beautifully done. Construction nearby, but no work was being done while we were there. Construction should be completed by mid 2023. We used as overflow for family over holiday season. Good location, convenient to shopping and beaches, but not scenic.

Beautiful but spartan accommodations. Very comfortable.

Open layout, private bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable for 3 couples or families. Beach chairs, umbrellas, many thoughtful items. Really made our stay very nice.

Great find

This house was new, very clean and in a good neighborhood. We did not find the usual book with property information and check in/out procedures. This would have been helpful.
