Fully furnished direct ocean front condo. Queen size pillow top bed and sleeper sofa futon that will accommodate 3 comfortably. This beautiful condo is equipped with a full size stainless steel kitchen that has everything you need to cook including pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels and soap. Washer/dryer in unit so no hauling your laundry to a laundry mat. Condo also equipped with a 44 inch Flat screen smart television. Why cram yourself into a hotel when you are steps from the ocean? Located downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many local restaurants and entertainment. Check out our reviews, you will love this place.

perfect condo on the beach for two! location is excellent on the beach, near restaurants and shops; and all of the neighbors were super friendly too :)

We had a lovely visit. The condo was clean and cute. Short walk to the beach and you could see the waves from the porch. Would definitely stay again.

Loved being steps away from the ocean. Also loved our patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. Marcia was so friendly and kind and had great communication. So nice to be within walking distance to so many restaurants.

Our stay here was wonderful, very clean, private end location. Easy beach access too. Watched the sunrises from the bed or the patio was priceless. Walking to all shopping and restaurants to meet our needs. Marcia took care of the only need that we had and very timely to do it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it did not disappoint! It has been updated a bit recently, and is the perfect place for a romantic beach week! Will definitely stay again.

Sweet little place

Perfect for couple or small family. Small but perfectly situated, nice sized kitchen for making meals. We loved staying here! You won’t be disappointed!

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants downtown. It was our second stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

Place was perfect for us. We loved sitting outside, listening to and watching the waves crash. Was just the relaxation we needed.

We return here because it’s a lovely condo right on the beach within walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment/bands, and shopping. Great location. And the host is very responsive and willing to help whenever needed.

great location to the town. down far enough so you don't hear the party scene. short walk to the beach. perfect size for a short vacation. very clean. can walk to all the different shops and restaurant's.
