Fully furnished direct ocean front condo. Queen size pillow top bed and sleeper sofa futon that will accommodate 3 comfortably. This beautiful condo is equipped with a full size stainless steel kitchen that has everything you need to cook including pots and pans, dishes, toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels and soap. Washer/dryer in unit so no hauling your laundry to a laundry mat. Condo also equipped with a 44 inch Flat screen smart television. Why cram yourself into a hotel when you are steps from the ocean? Located downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to many local restaurants and entertainment. Check out our reviews, you will love this place.

Fantastic location

This property was a fantastic location. Direct beach access. Walking distance To many local restaurants and shops. The host was more than accommodating to give specific directions to get to the property. Please follow their directions closely. It is tricky to get in. Everything I was looking for a weekend getaway.

Great Little Getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it did not disappoint! It has been updated a bit recently, and is the perfect place for a romantic beach week! Will definitely stay again.

Sweet little place

Perfect for couple or small family. Small but perfectly situated, nice sized kitchen for making meals. We loved staying here! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect!

We loved everything about this little condo. The location was terrific within walking distance to restaurants and close to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the Kennedy space Center, which is an easy drive and watched a rocket launch. Fantastic location. Very clean and a wonderfully stocked kitchen.

Perfect location

I reserved this several months before arrival because I had business on the dates and wanted to be on the beach. It was perfect! Great location and the owner was very helpful.

Return to Cocoa beach

We had the perfect stay, condo is close to everything with easy access to the beach. Host was super accomodating. Will be back!

Great place!

Loved the building right in downtown, you dont have direct beach access you have a 3 min walk on concrete but you do have a beach view from the back porch. We grilled and cooked while we were there and didnt need to bring anything but the food. Very clean and owner was very responsive.

Great Location

It was just my wife and I so it was the perfect size. For this unit, we only needed to walk about 50 ft to the beach path. If you are there on a weeknight then you will have some noise from the nearby clubs and bars from the music but it's not too bad. We would stay again for sure.

Relaxing, convent, and quiet.

Felt very at home. Was very private. Location was very convenient. We had our 7 yr old grandson wirh us and it was perfect. My grandson slept in the living room on a chair that folded out to a nice sice cot/bed .Was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The very short walk to the beach was even nice. We rarely saw or heard anyone, once back at our room. Most definitely want to go back.

Beach vacation

My wife and I had a great vacation at the condo. It was walking distance to everything. The air conditioning worked great the bed was comfortable. You could see the sunrise from the slider. It was a trip of a lifetime. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo.

Awesome

Just like it was explained, walk right out the back door to the beach. Kind of in a weird spot, I didn’t know you could drive back there, but host explained fine and we followed instructions and it was a great weekend getaway. Had all the beach amenities we needed so we didn’t have to buy or pack any. Would definitely stay again.

Very well equipped and right on the beach

The owner was super with communication. The unit is right on the beach and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen is extremely stocked, and even extras like foil, wrap, ziplocks, paper towels, and trash bags made a huge difference. The unit was clean and bed extremely comfortable and very convenient to restaurants and town. We walked to both shopping and eating. We enjoyed our four night stay and hope to return next year.

direct ocean front, not ocean access

You can see the ocean from the unit but you must walk around the block to get on the beach. It is time to update linens as well. We appreciated the beach supplies that were available for use.

We LOVED it!!!!

We had a wonderful time! The location could not have been better. Just a few steps to the beach, a beautiful view of the ocean, a comfortable bed, and an awesome kitchen, all added to our enjoyment. It was my husband's birthday so I made him his favorite dinner and baked a cake. Everything I needed was at my fingertips. The condo was well maintained and included a full size washer and dryer. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. Thanks SOOOO much! We'll be back soon!

Hidden Gem

My bestie and I stayed for the weekend and we were looking for a great girl time getaway. This place did not disappoint! It's conveniently located in an area where all the action is going on. Also it's right on the beach. We laid out in the backyard where there is a little extra privacy from the families and beachgoers but there is a nice little yard of St Augustine grass out back. The two high chairs were perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail when it is too hot to be on the beach. All of the kitchen amenities are fully stocked. Plenty of towels, paper products and cool AC. Things that would have made the experience a little better would be a cart to use for taking beach gear onto the sand, a nightstand on the rt side of the bed and lighting under the cabinets in the bedroom. This unit is amazing and we hope to be back very soon. There is a long mirror in the bedroom which is a big bonus for girls going out on the town.

Quaint little condo in need of major upgrades. Great location but questionable amenities.

The condo is in an amazing location but needs major upgrades to draw us back to stay again. Everything from the doors to windows and furniture in the condo all need some love. The sliding glass door to the beach is difficult to open and uses a broom handle to lock. The front door locks barely work and were taped together with masking tape. Didn’t feel very secure. The bed needs to be replaced. It squeaks, creaks moans just by looking at it. We loved the location - on the beach, close to some great food in downtown Cocoa Beach but the condo itself left us wanting more. The owners were very welcoming and easy to communicate with but we would not stay here again. I gave it two stars only because of the great location.

Great little place for 2

The condo is perfect for 2, the AC could be a little better and the yard furniture was not very comfortable or clean. The condo assn does a poor job of upkeep to the property. The walk way to the beach is over grown and broken down. Great location to stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo sat right on the beach as listed. Marcia thought of everything. They had everything we needed for our day at the beach - chairs, coolers, beach towels, a bike, beach bag, and more. The cabinet by the bathroom was stocked with miscellaneous items that came in handy like sunscreen, toiletries, even deodorant. The bed was comfortable as well. We LOVED the location. We were able to walk to Coconuts on the Beach and the Salty Bagel (highly recommend trying). Parking was easy. All around great place to stay! One of the best hosts I’ve had in a while.

Perfect Location / excellent property

We had a great stay, the location is perfect close to everything, but go a little down the beach and you are away from crowd. The unit was clean and layout was very good. Communication with manager was easy and she was quick to reply. Thanks for a great week. Coconuts on the beach is great for lunch or supper.
