I love the energy in this place. It feels like home away from home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the decor makes this place special and unique. Super comfy and convenient. I will definitely be back.

This is a very cute property! I won't lie - from the outside it doesn't look nearly as cute but looks can be deceiving. The inside is meticulously done and feels very upscale. And the location is unbeatable, along with free parking which is a huge bonus. It could be a little hard to find but the host gave us excellent directions so we found it with no problems. The alley is tight but we drive a Chevy Silverado 1500 and we were totally fine. Highly recommend!

I had orientation for my masters program at App and this place was perfect for the long weekend. My husband and I felt the condo offered more than enough space for the two of us. Everything was updated and clean! David provided great instructions on the location of the unit and on parking. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops without moving our car and we could walk to the App campus as well. We are thinking about coming to some football game this fall and would definitely stay here again!

We truly loved our stay! The home was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The location was perfect- walking distance to all that king street has to offer! Highly recommend this rental!

Such a nice blend of earthy charm and clean modern elegance! Comfy King size bed and full size kitchen in this cozy studio apartment tucked away in the heart of downtown Boone. Short walk to App State campus, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cut our trip short. The owner offered a partial refund due to neither party having control over this situation; which was very kind.Getting to the property can be tricky if you have a pretty large vehicle. There is easy access to walking to downtown Boone.

We had a great time at Urban Oasis! It was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for enjoying the Boone downtown. Walk to the best downtown shops and restaurants, and anywhere on the Appalachian State campus. The owner was super nice and very helpful. I’m sure we’ll be returning in the future.

This little apartment had everything we needed and was clean and nice! The bed was comfy and the heat worked great for us. It does have stairs coming up so anyone with mobility needs should be aware. But the apartment was a great location and perfect for us!
