Cozy Cottage on a Large Lakefront Lot

Cottage located on 150 acre, all sports Upper Silver lake. It sleeps 5-6 people. It has 3 private bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.
All rooms have ceiling fans & walk in closets. Master bedroom has a full attached bathroom with linen closet & tub/shower combo. Second bathroom also has a tub/shower combo.
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crockpot & 4 slot toaster. All pots, pans, dishes, utensils are available for your stay. Dining room table seats 4, along with countertop spots for 2 additional people.
Living room has a pull-out couch with a full sized bed, additional seating, 32in flatscreen smart TV, blue ray player & a large selection of DVDs for both adults & kids.
Cottage has screened front door that leads out to a deck facing the lake. It’s a great place to catch amazing summer sunsets on one of the 3 rocking chairs.
The best part about the cottage is the three season porch located just off the kitchen. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the cushioned wicker furniture. Outdoor dining is also available on the lakeside wooden picnic table that seats 8.
All windows in the cottage have screens/ blinds for both your enjoyment & privacy.
Upper Silver Lake is an all sports lake with no wake hours from 7pm-11am, giving ample time to enjoy a calm lake to do some fishing, kayaking, & paddle boarding. There is a separate boat launch available just south up the lake for your own boat or watercraft. There are 2 single kayaks, 2 paddle boards, & a 4 person paddle boat for your enjoyment. We have an assortment of adult & youth life jackets. No infant life jackets provided.
The cottage is on both a calm channel waterway & lake frontage, with sandy, shallow swimming available all along the 2 foot sea wall.
Gas grill provided along with grill tools. An outdoor fire pit is on site, along with 4 chairs, extending forks & pie irons. Wood can be purchased locally or you can bring your own.
The cottage has both heat & central air.
There is parking for up to 3 vehicles & 1 boat/toy trailer.

Our cottage has been certified with Golden Township to be a rental cottage for 6 occupants & as such, we allow a max of 6 occupants. The property is monitored for compliance.

****You are responsible for bringing all needed BED LINENS AND BEACH TOWELS for your stay (sheets, blankets, etc) & any paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, paper plates, napkins)****

Friday to Friday rental only June, July, August, with some exceptions for holiday weekends
No pets/animals of any kind allowed on the premises, even for daytime invitees.
No smoking at all on the premises.
