Enjoy ocean glimpses from your private balcony with charming string lights. Features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and access to two community pools. Ideal for couples or small families looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This peaceful third-floor condo at the Sunskipper complex offers a bright, airy atmosphere designed for relaxation. We have recently upgraded the living space to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, including a new, high-quality queen sofa bed and a larger smart TV in the bedroom for late-night movies.

Whether you are sipping morning coffee on the private balcony or heading out to watch the waves crash against the sand, this retreat provides everything you need for a memorable stay at the beach.

Everything you need is here. I love that there are also games in the living room for rainy beach days. Condo also has beach equipment for use.

My family and I had an awesome time!! One of the best spots we've ever stayed in. You're literally a 1-2 Minute walk to the beach. Host was extremely accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Great pet-friendly getaway

Cute little condo, had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. Great communication with host, and location was excellent! The only downside was that we couldn’t get the wifi to connect, but our cell phones worked so we managed just fine.

End of Summer trip

Condo was exactly as described, very comfy and clean. Bed was comfortable and I loved the soft sheets! Location couldn’t have been more perfect for us, as we came to enjoy Freeman Park (entry to Freeman Park literally straight down the street). We had a great trip!

We had a great experience here! The property manager gets a 10/10!! Extremely professional and very quick to respond to any questions that we had! Great location and an easy walk to the beach!

Peaceful getaway

Just to sum it up, this was a great comfortable stay. Literally less than 100 steps to get to the beach. The place was clean & communication was a breeze. Definitely will be returning

My husband, dogs and I had a wonderful experience at the surfs up penthouse! The apartment was extremely clean and a 1 minute walk to the beach. We could not have asked for a more welcoming, comfortable, and convenient stay

Enjoyed Every Minute

We had an amazing stay. There was great food to eat all around. The home was nicely decorated and had inviting neighborhood. We noticed slight mold around the shower curtain and both was very congested after the stay we thought maybe the hvac system. Would definitely stay again and the owners were very thoughtful.

I’m so sorry about the shower curtain. We went ahead and replaced it. We do have the hvac serviced/cleaned 2 times a year. This last month has been so humid so we’ll need to look into cleaning sooner. Thanks. Hope to see you soon.

Vacay w/ Debby!

Thank you so much for allowing us to check in early ahead of Debby rolling in. We had a great time and loved how close we were to walk on the beach. The only con I would say was the pullout couch not being comfortable, but other than that, loved it!

We had a lovely time! Nothing fancy, but all we wanted. Clean and great communication from the hostess. She even returned the pet fee when we changed plans and decided not to bring a pet.It's a short walk to the beach (which you can see from the balcony), and was fine with little kids. We loved the pool- although we only found one!

Great stay!

Robin had great communication. The kitchen has most everything you need for cooking. The bed was comfortable and I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and evenings! Parking was tricky sometimes but not anything that can’t be figured out! We will definitely be back in the future!!

Weekend getaway

Perfect for a quick weekend getaway! The building itself is not easily marked, and finding where the units in the building are took a minute but overall, we loved it and will definitely be back. SUPER CLEAN, close to the beach and close to the main pier. It should be noted that the unit is on the 3rd floor so it is several floors up, no elevator, stairs only, so pack light.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here this week! The condo was very clean when we arrived and had plenty of towels and toilet paper stocked. The location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach which was great for a toddler (plus no having to get in the car and get sand everywhere). Robin was very responsive and great to work with. Even though it was a condo we never heard anything from our neighbors which I figured we would but nope! Would totally stay here again in the future.

1 block to the beach!

Be prepared for a workout, as the condo is 3rd floor. The place was clean, although a few things could use repair - normal for a rental I suppose. I liked the layout of the condo. Great location if you want to spend time on the beach!! Quick responses from the property manager. Enjoyed my stay there, would stay again.

Sweet Spot

Quaint condo just right for the 2 of us and our dogs. Everything we needed, well maintained. A short block to the sand so it’s perfect for scoring a great beach spot for the day. The process from A-Z was easy and well handled… Our host was timely and responsive in communication and assistance and we enjoyed working with her. Lovable small beach town with yummy restaurants, cute beachy shops and friendly people…great “throw back” beach vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
