Having a young family, we know what it's like to travel with littles, and yet we want you to feel like you're on vacation. We designed our home to keep the kids occupied and give you a break! Our house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 10 minutes from everything - it's the perfect intersection between peace and functionality.

Great Stay!

This was a perfect property for us. Convenient to everything in Louisville. Plenty of space for us to spread out too. We would love to stay again if we are ever in Louisville again.

Cute Place Close to Everything

Very cute house close to everything we wanted to do in Louisville. Neighborhood felt very safe. House was a cute old house. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Home

The Home was very cozy and accommodated all our needs. It was located in a neutral location which made it easy to get to our destinations. Joshua, allowed us extra time in the home so that my family and I did not have to sit at the airport as we had a late flight home. I would definitely stay again!

Very cute and quaint.

Overall, a very nice stay. It’s a cute house, centrally located to everything! The only thing I would suggest is to bring a few blankets with you. The air conditioning works really well, we got a bit cold while inside. Yes, we changed the temperature, but it was a strange situation: at 71 degrees it was too cold, at 72 degrees it got too hot. We couldn’t ever find the happy middle ground. Unfortunately there is only 1 extra throw blanket in the house. Other than that, the house is great. And the location is excellent.

Great house!

The house was clean. Backyard was great. Host was wonderful to work with. The only downfall was very squeaky floors, so I heard every step from the basement bedroom. I'd recommend running a fan to drown some of it out.

Great little vacation spot

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We were close enough to almost all attraction and even found a few things do do across the border in Indiana. The host was super nice and answered all our question very quickly. The house was very clean and in in clean quite neighborhood. We had a great time. The house was very cute and a older house that had been updated. www would definitely recommend this host to anyone looking to stay in Louisville and have a worry free vacation.

Perfect for Expo

Listing was as advertised. Very Clean and nice neighborhood. Very close to Expo Center which is the primary reason for our trip. Nord doughnuts is a must and located just around the corner.

Louisville

I was able to spend the weekend with my son, his wife, and my granddaughter at the NCAA games in Louisville. The house was very convenient to getting in and out of downtown for the games, and we went to several local parks on our non-game days. We also found several good restaurants in the area. Josh was available to take care of our needs, and it was a pleasant stay

Needs a few tweaks

Clean and easy access, good communication with owner. Eight adults in our group. Not enough seating area in living room, couch uncomfortable, had to bring in outside chairs. Kitchen had one large bowl for cooking/serving, small countertop dishwasher, had to bring in living room chairs to seat everyone at the table to eat. TV has Netflix and Disney+ but not able to get sports channels. Neighborhood seemed safe but loud music coming from neighborhood at night.

Kid friendly!

The property is well-equipped for children. There's even a high chair and a baby bath. I was impressed. This is a very comfortable property in a convenient to everything location. I'll book it again if the need arises.

Great stay at lovely house

We (German Family with two teenagers) stood at Joshs house for four nights and everything was perfect! Easy check in by code. There was everything available like dish washer pads, laundry machine and detergent, good WiFi (important for our teenagers), good aircon, coffee machine and coffee, …. All in all a great and comfy stay! We recommend!

Family Vacation in Louisville

This house worked well for our family of 6. The older boys wish they would have brought a ball or some games as there wasn't much for them to do during the times we were just at the house. There is also no bathtub and we didn't discover until the last day that there is a small tub for small kids in the bathroom cabinet. Overall, everything was clean and sufficient for our stay!

Great little house

We stayed here for a graduation at Southern Seminary. The house is about 10-15 minutes from the seminary. Has a driveway to park in. Good for a short (3 night) stay for us. Definitely kid friendly.

This house worked out perfectly for our family road trip.

We traveled with my in laws and our two children. We each had our own bed and our own space. We really enjoyed having a safe, comfortable homemade for our family vacation. They owners of this property were amazing at getting back to us with all answers to all our questions. We found everything we needed at this property...we had a wonderful stay.

Communication and check-in process were great.

We love the decor and the thoughtfulness of having things for kids as well. All of the beds were comfortable and cozy. The park in the neighborhood was really nice to visit when we had some down time. Communication with Josh was really great. I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this listing.

On any given Saturday you can find us at the Louisville Zoo, hosting friends and eating good food, or taking walks in some of Louisville's historic parks.

I'm definitely a reader and I enjoy fly fishing.

We tried really hard to make this a place both adults and kids would love. Our kids' room has a chalkboard, books, and games. We also have a great back yard to run around in. A big-screen TV with Disney+ will also keep the little ones occupied!
