Great choice with thorough management. Host responded quickly to any Q's and was flexible when our itinerary changed and we needed more time. The kitchen and home was well stocked with cleaning supplies so it was easy to keep nicely. Plenty of linens and extras. No unreasonable requirements.

Groomsmen House for Wedding

Everything was ready early for check in which was great. Ample parking and great set up for group with people coming from out of town. Easy check in. Great!

Family Reunion

Our family (all older) came from all over the country for a cousins reunion. While the directions were excellent, communication was prompt, the house was in poor shape. The couches were stained, the kitchen was poorly arranged, the air vents and ducts were in bad need of being cleaned/changed. Some lights didn’t work or weren’t on/off at will. The game room smelled of natural gas and the liar goes on. The management company said they would address all these issues with the Cleaning Service. I have no idea if they did but I hope so. It’s a lovely home and a beautiful neighborhood.

The whole family under one roof! What a great way to celebrate our new marine! Beautiful and spacious home close to Parris island! We had a great time!

Perfect for our large family

We visited for bootcamp graduation. The Bunkhouse was perfect for our large family. The kids enjoyed ping pong, corn hole and riding the provided bicycles. The adults loved the big kitchen and two master suites. This is our second stay at the Bunkhouse and we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again!

Beaufort SC graduation

Excellent location for Parris Island graduation. The only hiccup was the grill was not usable as mildew and rust had taken over. We enjoyed our stay and had an unforgettable 3days.

Great Stay

The stay was amazing. The only complaint we had was the living room ceiling fan would not turn off from the remote. The place was well stocked with supplies, it was spacious, and it was in a great location. We appreciate all you did to accommodate us.

Perfect for large family

We visited for boot camp graduation. We had extended family with us. Total of 11. There was plenty of room for everyone. Kids were all able to bunk together with each on their own mattress. All could hang out or retreat to their own space. Fooseball and ping pong were great entertainment for all ages. Owner was flexible with our scheduling. Easy instructions to get in and out. Large driveway for all of our cars. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. So close to base and restaurants

Great place for big family to stay for Parris Island Graduation

Place was great for my family. Enjoyed being able to spend time with everyone without running to multiple houses. Owner was also extremely prompt when contacted.

Great location

Property was perfect for my sons graduation from Marine Corp bootcamp. We had 14 people comfortably stay there. Would recommend.

Mermaid Cottage Review

The home was spacious and accommodated my family well. Location of the home was conveniently close to several local beaches and restaurants which my family enjoyed. Ideal air B&B if you have a big family. We did experience some problems getting our access code to work upon check-in, but the property owner did come and resolve the issue.
