Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a good time with your family. That said, we’re very sorry to hear about what you found under the bed and dressers on your last day. Dust and bottle caps should have been caught during cleaning, and we apologize that this was missed. Your comments will be shared with our housekeeping and management teams so the room can be reviewed more carefully and cleaning procedures can be reinforced. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as details like this help us improve the experience for future guests.

Hello Frank, I wish there was more we could do to keep the mud at bay. We do use a sand/salt mixture to keep the parking lot and driveways in driveable and walking condition for guest safety. Unfortunately when It warms up and melts a bit we get mud. Rose.

Thank you for the review Bernard. We are happy you returned again! We are happy you enjoyed for few nights in this unit. Rose GM

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We're so glad to hear the unit exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the beautiful, comfortable space and stunning water views. We're truly sorry to hear about the hot tub being out of order and the pool temperature not meeting your expectations — we understand how that can impact your stay. Your comments are very helpful, and we’ll work to ensure these amenities are in top condition for future visits. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the hot tub, pool area, and cleanliness of the condo. This is not the experience we strive to provide, and we will immediately address the concerns regarding the black mold and temperature of the hot tub. Your comments are valuable to us as we work to improve the property for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much better experience in the future. (We have to interject that there is certainly not black mold)

Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoy the location and boat-watching from the deck. Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you had a good overall experience, but we’re truly sorry that the late-night construction disrupted your stay. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over external projects, but we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we will do our best to communicate with the appropriate parties to prevent this from affecting future stays. We’d love the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances! 😊🏡✨

The location is perfect for watching the watercraft from the balcony, as well as close to the shops downtown.
