You'll fall in love with this beautifully decorated 1bedroom, 1bathroom condominum offers a queen size sofa bed, and overlooks round lake. Our 1 bedroom unit features a king bed and a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and an updated vanity.
The open concept living space, entails a full kitchen which features: a range with oven, refrigerator, microwave and oven. The lovely living room has seating for up to 4 guests with access to the walkout patio.
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Beautiful charlevoix

We had a great stay. Close to shops & restaurants. Wonderful view & so fun to watch boat go by. Nice outdoor deck and condo was clean, comfortable & updated. We loved our visit.

Beautiful waterfront condo on Round Lake

Great location with lakefront view from inside condo and the deck. Walking distance to downtown Charlevoix shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated, renovated and very clean. I highly recommend!

The Best Place to Stay in Charlevoix!

Enjoyed our Stay

Enjoyed walking the downtown shops.Only issues were the pool was closed due to a new boiler being installed. The hot tub jets were also not working properly.

This condo was very comfortable. There is a nice walk-in shower and there is a higher toilet in the bath. Plenty of room in the bedroom - the bed was a little soft for us and I do like a soft bed. The kitchen is small and utensils were not extensive. (We do cook). The TV is the living room was not working correctly with their streaming service and the front desk did know about it but they said there was nothing they could do about it. When we wanted to watch TV we had to go to the bedroom where there was cable TV. We enjoyed the deck where we could watch the boats and harbor activities. The only problem I had was with the check in. We were sent a code to get in the doors a week earlier but luckily we got there before 5 since the code had changed. It was in my email but we had been driving all day and I hadn't looked. They also would not let my husband do the check-in even though I gave him all of the paperwork for the reservation. They wanted my ID - yet if it was after 5 when we would have arrived it would our key would have been on the counter. After riding for 8 hours, I wasn't moving well especially with steps to navigate. The complex does need more handicap parking.

Dated but Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient waterfront basic hotel with pool. Clean but needs renovation, especially lobby, hallways, room carpets, room drapes, and room AC. Wonderful third floor breakfast room was closed due to “lack of staff” but good breakfast spot directly across road with discounted coupons from hotel. Note there are NO towel bars or hooks in the bathroom so after showers was messy.Only issue was the confirmation call from a Blocked number with NO Caller ID which I did not answer due to spam flag on iPhone. Fortunately before I deleted voicemail, I heard request to call hotel back to confirm stay. The person I spoke with was NOT interested in the spam type reach out call and said my prepaid room would have been cancelled if I had not called back. The check in person also had zero interest in the blocked hotel caller number and ID. Fortunately, when I bought Mackinac ferry tickets, that person was interested to assist, said she knew about the issue and would talk to their IT person. Beware so you are not cancelled.

Charlevoix Get Away

This property is in a great location. Beautiful view of the water and very short walking distance to downtown. The quality of the remodeling job was high quality and tastefully done. The only drawback is these unit do not have a washer and dryer in the unit. I highly recommend this property.
