Enjoy a relaxing stay in this inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with convenient waterfront access—perfect for a weekend getaway. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a soothing jetted tub. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests, along with an electric fireplace to create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. Dining is available for up to four guests with a combination of kitchen table and bar seating. The living room provides comfortable seating for up to five guests, making it a great place to relax and unwind.

Step outside onto the private balcony and enjoy peaceful waterfront views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—the perfect setting to take in the charm of Charlevoix.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from downtown Charlevoix’s dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a different experience with every stay. With 48 unique units, a wide range of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a comfortable home-away-from-home in the heart of downtown Charlevoix.

Great location in Charlevoix!

We stayed in this condo during Boyne Thunder and it was the perfect location for this event. Walkable to everything in downtown Charlevoix. Condo was comfortable and clean with good amenities. Note that the kitchen has only a stovetop and microwave and a mini fridge without a freezer - good for a long weekend stay.

Beautiful view!

Great place, clean and within walking distance to everything. The town of Charlevoix is great! The view is fabulous! We were a bit bummed the hot tub was out of service- as we were not informed of this ahead of time. The pool was lovely but needed a good cleaning.

3 Nights In Condo 112

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine except the bed could use a new mattress and new bedspread. The mattress is a bit saggy and the bedspread looks old.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 112 Edgewater Inn this September and had a fantastic stay! The view is awesome and it was so peaceful sitting out on the porch in the mornings watching the boats go by. We have a crawling baby and were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable in addition to the king bed. The location was ideal; a short walk to all downtown's shops and restaurants. All in all a great experience, and we would definitely book again!

No night staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not a hotel. There are no night staff to assist with any issues. We had a false fire alarm go off for hours and no way to do anything about it at 2am.

Weekend review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is in a great location on the water. The room we stayed in was just above the pool area. It smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine in room. The furniture was not comfortable. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Room was clean, but the room needed tile work and repairs. Main hallways have a distinct odor, and carpets are filthy. I would recommend but not this unit and stay away from pool area to prevent smells.

Great Stay

Great condo and location close to downtown restaurants and shops, very walkable. Nice view of Round Lake, saw the Beaver Island Ferry come in one morning. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff called us on check In day to ask what time we were arriving and make sure we could accesss.the condo.
