Enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a jetted tub, an electric fireplace and sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 4 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Charlevoix condo

Great location near downtown Charlevoix. We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants.

Great location in Charlevoix!

We stayed in this condo during Boyne Thunder and it was the perfect location for this event. Walkable to everything in downtown Charlevoix. Condo was comfortable and clean with good amenities. Note that the kitchen has only a stovetop and microwave and a mini fridge without a freezer - good for a long weekend stay.

Edgewater Inn Three Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our three day getaway in Charlevoix was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn and would definitely consider staying there again. Although it’s currently undergoing some construction and renovations it didn’t detract from our visit.

Beautiful view!

Great place, clean and within walking distance to everything. The town of Charlevoix is great! The view is fabulous! We were a bit bummed the hot tub was out of service- as we were not informed of this ahead of time. The pool was lovely but needed a good cleaning.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 112 Edgewater Inn this September and had a fantastic stay! The view is awesome and it was so peaceful sitting out on the porch in the mornings watching the boats go by. We have a crawling baby and were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable in addition to the king bed. The location was ideal; a short walk to all downtown's shops and restaurants. All in all a great experience, and we would definitely book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is in a great location on the water. The room we stayed in was just above the pool area. It smelled overwhelmingly like chlorine in room. The furniture was not comfortable. Bed was like sleeping on a trampoline. Room was clean, but the room needed tile work and repairs. Main hallways have a distinct odor, and carpets are filthy. I would recommend but not this unit and stay away from pool area to prevent smells.

Great Stay

Great condo and location close to downtown restaurants and shops, very walkable. Nice view of Round Lake, saw the Beaver Island Ferry come in one morning. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff called us on check In day to ask what time we were arriving and make sure we could accesss.the condo.

very nice & excellent location

Great experience, very clean and organized. Loved the soaked tub to warm up in in the evening. Only suggestion would be extra towels (or a heads up to bring your own!) for the pool!
