Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you.We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.
We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Located just northwest of Denver, Arvada is a community unlike many others. Arvada consistently competes with the larger metropolitan areas in the areas of business and commerce but retains a small-town charm that other suburbs can’t replicate. The home accommodates up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 beds. Two serene upstairs bedrooms each feature a king bed and ample closet space, with the master offering a walk-in closet and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. On the lower level, a third bedroom holds another king bed, while two additional rooms provide queen beds, each designed for restful sleep with soft linens and generous light.
Indoor living
Gather upstairs in an inviting open-concept space where the living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a gourmet galley kitchen. Cook your favorite meals using stainless steel appliances and enjoy them around the spacious dining table. Downstairs, a second living area offers a smart TV, games, and cozy seating, ideal for movie nights or quiet moments. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor living
Step into the fenced backyard where a furnished patio invites alfresco dining or leisurely afternoons. Fire up the BBQ grill, play corn hole, or simply relax as the sun sets. The highlight is the private 7-seat hot tub with 39 jets and an LED waterfall, perfect for unwinding after hikes or local adventures.
