Our 2-story Sail Bay home with water views from the rooftop deck is in the heart of all of the best shopping, dining, beaches and bars of Pacific and Mission Beach. Ideal for families and those looking for a quiet stay, we are a mile from Sea World and 1 block to Sail Bay & Fanuel Park where the kids can play in the sand. Our home is fully equipped with garaged parking and jacuzzi.
1st FLOOR LAYOUT:

We really enjoyed our stay at Heathers town home. It was perfect for our two families and somehow the kids immediately found the toys in the house and had a blast playing with them! Our one issue was that we couldn’t get the hot tub to work, but it wasn’t a big deal. We loved the roof top deck and watched the Seaworld drone show every night at 8:45. It was the highlight of the kids trip. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a mixed review, perhaps incomplete as we left our paid 4 night stay after only 1 night, but is our true opinion.Context: family of 4 with two young kidsPros: after paid in full, correspondence from host was good. Most of the INTERIOR property pics reflected the amenities, and the in-unit guide/binder was helpful. Most of the inside of the condo was clean. Bed in main BR was reasonably comfortable, and the very close walk to a small uncrowded mission bay mini-beach was great. Cons: “check-in” process is not made clear until after payment is made. Per host (“Heather” or “Jessica” depending on VRBO listing vs inbox messages), you can’t enter the underground garage without garage clicker… which is inside the unit… which can’t be accessed without going up external common stairs and entering a gate code, then down a (quite nasty) exterior walkway to the unit. And no elevator to the unit, have to enter 2 separate sets of exterior stairs/gate codes (not ideal with luggage!) to finally get inside. But main issue was with the complex itself. We were told by the host to mind “noise” due to (VERY) close neighbors, yet neighbors were pumping party music late into the night limiting our kids’ sleep. The pics of exterior amenities don’t show how non-privately close adjacent units are. But main reason for leaving early was the cockroaches, both outside (many) and even INSIDE of unit. Nope. Left early and paid extra for hotel instead. No host offer to rectify. Poor

Weekend trip

Loved the property and location. The roof deck is a nice place to hang out and you’re just a couple minutes from the Bayside Walk path which will take you all over the bay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous home in the perfect location!

Went to San Diego for my birthday and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable and I liked that all the rooms had a designated bathroom and shower. It takes less than one minute to get to the mission bay walk which we loved. Heather and Jessica were so communicative and had a million amazing recommendations for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular

Wonderful home in a fabulous neighborhood. Walkable to just about anything you want to do in the area, also with easy access to main roads and freeways if you're heading to downtown . Comfortable, great bedrooms, and the hosts are impeccable. Quick responses and very friendly. A truly memorable stay. 5-stars for everything.

Pacific Beach New Years trip

We had an incredible New Year's getaway at this Vrbo property! The stunning views, cozy interiors, and thoughtful amenities including the hot tub and rooftop bar made our stay truly memorable. The attention to detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding, exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, providing both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The seamless booking process and excellent communication with the host added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect holiday retreat!

Everything was great we only had one problem which wasn’t that bad. Every morning there were ants in the kitchen sink. Always cleaned up and sprayed under the sink but still there
