Stayed two nights before cruising. Loved the area. Close to so much. Communication was a little delayed but understood they were transitioning to new owner. Site manager was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Over night stay!

Easy simple over night stay. We were only there one night for our cruise that left the next day. All we needed a bed and a bathroom. Host was easy to communicate with.

The property was very easy to access. Decor was very cute! Loved the easy beach access and the outdoor areas! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Sweet stay

Worked perfect for our two night stay and a day at space center. Would have been able to stay longer as it was walking distance to the beach and pier! Next time!

Convenient Stay Place!

We enjoyed the VRBO! Convenient to the beach. Nothing fancy but we felt the location was perfect. We had never been to Cocoa Beach and the stay is located central to the tourist attractions.

great little place

This place is basically a house divided into smaller rental areas (bath and bedrooms). they have decked out the outside property with the feel of being at a resort (fire pit, bar area, games, seating to relax). It was a great spot to go to our HS reunion. We really enjoyed it.

Lisa is WONDERFUL!

Cute little beach cottage, with excellent outdoor space. Lisa, the property manager is fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. Thanks and catch ya next time.

Cute little 4 plex with backyard activities bar area. Very comfortable and walkable distance to the beach. Backyard is not directly on the beach but only about a block and a half away.

Great Stay

Check in was easy, communication with the owner was great. The only complaint I have is not being able to control the thermostat. Besides that everything else was great!!!
