You're just a short, one-block walk from the beach at Sea Mark 302, a casual third-floor condo (no elevator) that's wonderfully located in midtown Ocean City. This condo is outfitted with every essential - a living room with a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and space to dine at both a table and a breakfast bar. After a day spent on the warm, golden sand, you'll come home to central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels.
Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be only one block from the beach and in the midst of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The Ocean City Tennis Center is practically across the road, as is the Assawoman Bay Bridge. Local favorites such as Fager's Island (half a mile south) and Seacrets (less than a mile south) are within an easy distance as well.
Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
