House exactly as pictured. One suggestion is more hangers in the bedrooms. There were enough for 4 adults, if the third bedroom was used, there may not have been enough. Thank you for the great stay in Old San Diego!

Location was the best for our daughter’s Grandparents weekend at USD. Also, the location is perfect to walk around Old Town and get dinner seeing the parking is a nightmare usually. The house is beautiful and old with original detail. It was very clean and the Bluewater Vacation Homes was easy to communicate with. Beds were cozy and comfortable. I used the concierge service to have groceries delivered before we arrived which was such an easy process! I definitely recommend using Elite Concierge!!

Great Property, Great location!

Great property walking distance from the heart of old town and the light rail to downtown. House it super cute and unique to the old town vibe.

Delightful property in Old Town

We enjoyed the location very much-a half block to Old Town but not noisy and a short walk to Presidio Park. Rooms were comfortable and house had everything we needed. This will be our go-to place in San Diego.

Old Town San Diego stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Quaint historical home with excellent upkeep. Enjoyed relaxing in the quiet backyard with hot tub. Just a short walking distance to Old Town… lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Loved our stay!

Nice stay

This was a great spot for being close to downtown and Coronado. Some fun Altas Obscura sites near by also. Managing company was timely and very helpful.

Perfect Location

This charming house was perfect for our family to gather at. The location is steps from Old Town and easy access to the freeway. The home is clean and very quiet. We had a lovely stay.

Beautiful, historic home that is also very livable

Such a pleasure to visit San Diego and have a beautiful place to call "home". Property had everything needed to relax: comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, hot tub, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the fun Ghost Tours!

Good location for Zoo and Balboa Park. Nice Mexican restaurants within walking distance.

Comfortable home. Perfect location, very walkable. Easy drive to major tourist spots

Highly recommend the property. Communication from Blue Water Vacations was excellent. We really felt they were interested in us having a good time, concerned that our needs were met. Will use Blue Water in the future!!

Comfort and Location

Beautiful house in historic district. Walking distance to Old Town with restaurants, shops, and transportation. Many eating and outdoor visiting options for everyone to be comfortable.

Beautiful property, great location!

This lovely house had so much character! Everything was very clean and the furnishings were so comfortable. We loved the spacious courtyard and the hot tub too. It was walking distance from all the great restaurants in Old Town San Diego, so every day I was able to get my fix of roasted corn and flan at Coyote Cafe. Such a great stay!

Old Town Gem

Great location to shops, restaurants, hiking trail and freeway. Love the outdoor patio area...only wish the quiet hours were not so strict.

Spring Break Getaway

We loved our time at this house. It was immaculate and everything that was advertised. Old town is just steps away where we enjoyed delicious restaurants and fun activities. Beds comfortable and kitchen great for cooking.

Awesome family vacation stay

Great location, beautiful home, easy to communicate with management. Two things to note, the garage gate keypad was a little difficult to find, and the driveway is pretty narrow, but there is a spot to park outside the gate.

Old Town Charmer

Our family had a great stay at your charming historical home in the heart of Old Town. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the private backyard with hot tub was amazing! Loved how we could walk to many shops and restaurants and the ease of getting anywhere in San Diego with the convenient freeway access.

Great place

This place is so cute, very comfortable. The patio was great and the hot tub. Everything was clean except the master bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. They also equipped with towels,spa towels, toilet paper, soap, hand soap which was amazing for our long weekend.

Six long-time girlfriends spent five nights in this charming home. We loved all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The Host provided everything we needed and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The home is so walkable to Old Town and a short walk to the Trolley Station. Many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber rides took us everywhere we needed to go. We were very happy with our stay, and the Host is very responsive to questions. 10 stars!
