Enjoy amazing views of the Ocean from your 3rd floor, direct Oceanfront balcony. This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! This unit features a King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and only a Queen air mattress. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more.

The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

We had an excellent stay from start to finish! The booking process was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The condo was spotless when we arrived and was exactly as described in the listing. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was great, and we truly felt at home during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free place to stay!

The room was very clean. Beach view was gorgeous and so close. Loved watching the sunset on the roof. The heated pool was great also. Very clean. The only downfall was that the TV in the master bedroom didn't work. Loved the condo and a great beach vacation spot.

The view was unbelievable.I could sit on my balcony and watch the surfers, the pelicans and the cruise ships leaving Cape Canaveral.I was just a few minutes from the pier.I even saw Spacex launchs.The place was lovely!

The beach view was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean with everything we needed for the stay. We loved the pool and the easy beach access- both of those were critical to our trip with an 11 month old. The proximity to the Pier added a lot of fun to our stay as well! Thank you so much!

Excellent Stay

View couldn’t be any better (Beach a lot closer than picture shows). Love the grocery carts supplied to get things in and out of condo. Would definitely stay here again !

3 days was perfect

Great place, good location close to Kennedy space center and a great beach right on the doorstep. Room is well furnished and has all you need to hit the beach.

Our stay was very good. Only complaint was the pull out couch was broken and I couldn't use.

The location to the ocean and the view from my room and the pool were an awesome experience.

This place is in a great location, plenty of parking, and very convenient. The balcony overlooks the beach and we were able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. The unit is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We come to Florida every year ahead of a cruise and we will definitely consider staying here again. We had a billing issue and they have been working with us to get it cleared up. Excellent communication.

Excellent location

The condo was a great location with view of the beach /pier . The pool was nice for the kids to go to after the beach . We traveled to Universal which was only an hour away very convenient . We will definitely be coming back . The Marina was a great place for dinner and fishing charters . Check in was very simple and Kitchen had everything you need with grocery store 2 min away .

This unit was very clean and the right size for us to relax after the holidays. The bed was very confortable. We loved having a table and high chairs on the balconey. A lot of places have low chairs where you see the railing. We very much enjoyed the rooftop. It was grat to up there and sit at night watching moon rise and sunset. We were especially thrilled to see a rocket launch. We would love to come back again.

Great stay

The property manager was quick to respond to our last minute request to extend our stay due to a flight change. The unit was clean and just as described. The building was a quiet retreat with easy access to the beach.
