All linens, Bath towels, wash cloths, dog towels, paper towels, trash bags, Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and dog shampoo (dog shampoo located in outdoor shower) I do not offer beach towels.

This cottage belonged to my grandmother and I have many memories sitting around her red kitchen table. I hope you and your loved ones create fun and forever lasting memories around that same red kitchen table when you stay at The Birds and the Bees.

We love dogs and know that taking them along on vacation is a must sometimes. I allow one dog with a $75 non refundable charge .I sometimes make exceptions for an additional smaller dog, but please ask first . PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE PET FEE IN YOUR RESERVATIONS.

Our yard is not fenced but we have plenty of room to walk in the back yard . If they've played at the beach, I have provided special towels for your dog to dry them after they're rinsed off from the hose we provide on the deck. Please no dogs on the furniture and bed and PLEASE clean up after your dog in the yard.. Thank you for loving your doggies and we hope they have a great time too. Feel free to ask any questions about our policy. ALSO A NATURE TRAIL THAT I HAVE PICTURED BOTH IN MY PHOTOS.

A great place to stay. Very convenient as the beach is a short bike ride away. The place was clean and comfortable. There are many places to eat as well as grocery stores/shopping that is in close proximity right off the main road that the street branches off of. Holli was an excellent host and was very responsive. We would highly recommend her place.

This is a very cute, cozy cottage with mid-century decor. You can tell it is owner operated due to all the personal touches. It was great for bringing our dog. We appreciated the outside hose with nozzle to clean him after the beach. It is centrally located in Kitty Hawk. It was one mile from the beach and we found it easy to park there and walk to the beach access.

We had such a good time there -- everything was perfect! I loved the outdoor shower, the comfy beds, the cute little personal touches, and the close proximity to the beach and shops.

Great stay in a fun place

Loved all of the midcentury touches in this adorable close-to-many things cottage! Lots of amenities for the dogs too. Owner very communicative- highly recommend!

Great place!

Adorable little bungalow only about a mile from the beach. So thoughtful with the little things provided! So convenient to able to use their beach umbrella and chairs.

Perfect for our family

The cottage was just as listed... adorable and one of the most clean rentals I have stayed in. It's very close to everything and beach access is right up the road. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of care into every detail.

Great cottage at the beach

The cottage was clean, tidy and welcoming! It had everything we needed for the weekend! Holli is a great host and we will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kitty Hawk!

Awesome Cottage!!!

We had a very fun stay at this cute and charming cottage when visiting OBX for a wedding in October. The listing is very accurate and the host was fantastic!! Super clean cottage and a wonderful experience.

The cottage was so cute, very mid century modern. There was only two of us and a dog so it was plenty big enough. Owners made excellent restaurant recommendations.

Lovey cozy little getaway

We absolutely loved the house. Had everything we needed to feel at home for a few days. I would love to come back and rent from Holli again. We truly felt home away from home.

We loooove dogs and we know you do too, but some dogs react differently to new surroundings so we would ask that you please crate your dog when you are not there. Our yard is not fenced but we have plenty of room to walk in the back yard and a dog park a five minute walk away if they need to run and play. I have provided special towels for your dog to dry them off after they're rinsed off from the hose we provide on the deck.Please no dogs on the furniture and beds PLEASE. Time and Tide Cottage was my grandmother's home built in '52. My husband and I have renovated it back to where it should be, a place of joy, rest and contentment. I know my grandmother would be proud.
