Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boats! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to Three Sisters Springs. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after an adventurous day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the Weber gas grill on the outdoor rear deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs, Kings Bay and Hunter Springs are nearby. There is a boat launch directly into our canal at the local Resort and Adventure Center for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, bike rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best waterfront restaurants. Come explore what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatees! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with extended driveway for trailer parking. Enjoy the fire pit for some marshmallow roasting on those chilly evenings (if no burn ban is in effect) and lounge chairs for daytime sunning. Short boat ride to the Gulf of America and no bridge to worry about. Shopping center minutes away. This home has NEVER flooded! Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. BOOKINGS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Property has exterior cameras. If cameras become deactivated during your stay, owner can access property to reset with very short notice. Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($100 for short stays or $200/month per a pet).

The whole experience was a 10/10! Excellent location, with water access directly to the springs. The house was clean and had plenty of space. Donna was amazing! We will definitely return!

Convenient location with water access! It is at the end of the canal and there is occasional noisy traffic on a road bordering the property, but the interior of the house was quiet and comfortable. Great open area for having family meals, conversation, and games. We would stay here again. We enjoyed the kayaks immensely. We saw turtles, fish, manatee and dolphin while on the kayaks. The host was very responsive!

Great location, clean, great host! We did see Manatees off the dock. Had everything we needed and the house is on a quiet streat and was able to walk the dogs. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the memories

We had a wonderful stay and truly wished it could have lasted longer. The location right on the canal was beautiful, and we enjoyed some fantastic kayak trips during our two nights here. A great experience overall!

Lovely home! Amazing place for a family getaway.Close to parks, restaurants, and downtown area.We used the boats, we caught fish off the dock, there was even a manatee in the channel behind the house. No problems and great communication with owner.

Donna, our host, was very responsive to all our questions. The kitchen and laundry room are well equipped for a family. The sleeping areas and bath are accurately described. But the best part….this house is on the water with docks. We fished, launched the kayaks, watched birds, turtles and MANATEE! We loved having the available kayaks and all of us paddled to Three Sisters and Hunter Springs and back home on a beautiful day. Only 9 miles from the beach and walking trails, a fishing pier and other sights are even closer. The location is great. Thank you for a lovely stay in a beautiful area of Florida, filled with natural wonder.

Perfect property for our family. Very clean and comfortable. We had children and pets. My grandkids loved the fooseball, kayaks and fishing from the dock. Plenty of yard for pets. Everything we wanted in the kitchen and a gas grill on the deck. We played games at the large inside table. We highly recommend a stay at this home and hope to book again.

This is a beautiful home that was recently remodeled on a canal leading to the Crystal River. It is modern, well cared for and very accommodating for guests. Open layout, no carpeting, foosball table and games for the kids to play. It is in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Short boat ride to Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs and close to all that Crystal River has to offer. This home has never flooded!
