All was good with exception of communication with the host. Also the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived. There was a leaking shower faucet (not too bad). The host responded quickly saying she was aware and was going to get it fixed. Overall the location was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice/Safe Property

We came to visit our kids who live in Denver and Leadville and rented this property to spend time together. We loved the house and neighborhood. Nice restaurants in Arvada and Sloans Lake. I would highly recommend this property.

Late summer stay. The house and interior were very nice. Excellent Air conditioning. Was needed. 3 nice clean bedrooms, fair sized living room with seating for 6 and more chairs from kitchen. Kitchen was nice sized, big sit around the table vibe, has the things you need, good icemaker in the fridge, could use more silverware. Back yard, patio with outdoor table and chairs very nice early morning and after sun dropped to provide shade. Hammock also very good when clouds blocked sun and in darkness. The yard itself was a little weedy and needed maintenance. Fencing could use some repair at corners and where fence attaches to house and other fence, an inquisitive small dog left alone might find a way out. A medium or big one would be fine. Otherwise a pretty good big back yard.Location was great, Quiet, easy access to Interstates 70 and 76, easy to get around from to food, entertainment or whatever. Would stay at again.

Early Thanksgiving

Property worked out for our family members with infants and toddlers, plenty of space, large fully equipped kitchen! Lots of games and a great backyard with a fire pit we enjoyed! This is the second time we've used this property and once again, it didn't disappoint!

Wonderful place to stay!

This house was perfect for my family and I! The neighborhood was quiet as stated in the description and the house was nicely stocked. We unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of the games but did enjoy a couple of movies cuddled up on the couch with the provided blankets. We wished we would have stayed at this house our whole trip. Should our travels ever bring us back to Denver we will definitely stay here again.

Home-Away-From-Home

This three-bedroom ranch, really felt like a home-away-from-home♥ Quit neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Lots of natural light, comfy linens and furniture. With lots of thoughtful touches like a variety of snacks, coffee and great shampoo. The perfect balance of uncluttered yet comfy 😊 Will look at the availability of this property FIRST, the next time in town!

Wheat Ridge Bungalow!

I love staying at this location! Its always clean, great yard, hug patio and kitchen, and quiet neighbors. Perfect for all my work travel. Most importantly, its close to everything! And, I can easily walk the neighborhood each evening or the clear creek trail with access right around the corner from the house. Every time I head to Denver, I always try to book this location. Its just easy!

Perfect Home For Our Family Getaway

This property was well represented! The property owner was appropriately in touch and communicated well with me, offering a site with information about the home, things to do in the community, etc. You will enjoy games available, a beautiful fenced backyard, and dog bowls, blankets and toys. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and convenient for visiting our family. We will definitely stay at this lovely location again and I highly recommend it!!
