Fantastic property for our family reunion. Spacious with room for everyone and steps from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Oregon coast. We had a few small issues during the stay but they were handled quickly and efficiently by Sarah and Avantstay.

Host was very quick to address a beeping fire alarm (low battery). - many thanks!The house was very well furnished with kitchen appliances and all cookware. The location and view of the ocean was very special.Television and cell reception were a problem, but I don’t see how host could have changed that.

Great house, wonderful beach access. Had fire alarm issues and management company very responsive and reactive to the issues. Highly recommend this place for families and a wonderful vacation.Oregon is a beautiful state.

Beautiful property and location

Our family enjoyed this beautiful property. The location is steps from what feels like a private beach. The beds are comfortable and it has all you need.

Amazing location

Place is great! Close to the beach and some rooms have ocean view. The house is awesome and has everything you need. We enjoyed the house very much! Definitely place to stay!!!

Great for our family reunion

The property was clean and very well equipped. The amenities were all high quality. We enjoyed our stay, having spaces to come together and also plenty of spaces for quiet times.

Arch Cape Beauty

This is a perfect property for a family vacation. Amenities are plentiful, it is well stocked with basics, and is just across the cul-de-sac from a direct path to the beach.

This house was absolutely amazing and helped us to have a nice long getaway with our close family and friends for my husbands 40th. The property was clean, so close to the beach, and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. We even talked about coming again in the future because we had such a lovely time! The guest suite was also perfect for our friends who needed a bit more of a quiet zone with all of our friends hanging out. Absolutely lovely, and will recommend it to everyone!

Unfortunately, the separate detached apartment was not clean. Our daughter and son-in-law mopped the floors to remove some sticky substance, washed dirty towels and stained sheets before they could stay there. There were several large pots in the cupboards in the dining room that had not been washed. Except for these things I would have given an excellent rating for cleanliness. It was otherwise a lovely place to stay.

We’ll be addressing this immediately with our housekeeping team to ensure the detached unit is thoroughly inspected and properly cleaned between stays, including linens, kitchenware, and all surfaces. Perfect House, Perfect Amenities, in a Perfect Location!

Property was wonderful -- it was not only gorgeous, super clean, and in a great location, it's so nice to finally rent a place that has a fully equipped kitchen (and not just two cheap pans!) with everything you could ever need -- just like being at home. Property is exceptionally well maintained inside and out. Highly recommend -- great experience!

My friends and I LOVED this home and wish we stayed more than just 4 nights. A week would have been great because then we'd have had more time to enjoy the amenities like the hot tub and the decks for sunsets. We did love the fireplace for gathering at night and in the AM. The home had every amenity you could consider. We loved seeing the ocean and beach and the close proximity to the beach. I will caution that construction in ongoing at the home next door (our visit was September '25) although that did not bother us. I would recommend this property to anyone - friends, families, etc.

The Castle Rock Estate truly feels like our home away from home. This was our second stay here, and we’re already planning to book again next year. The property has everything we need for a perfect coastal getaway, thoughtfully designed spaces and amenities that make it easy to enjoy everything the region has to offer.The fully equipped chef’s kitchen was ideal for cooking up our daily catch, and the large hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after long days of hiking, fishing, crabbing, and clamming. This time, we traveled with a few seniors, and the home was wonderfully accommodating for them, with several bedrooms on the main floor and easy beach access.The kids loved the bunk beds, and I appreciated having quiet spaces where I could catch up on a bit of work. There’s truly something for everyone at this property, comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury that makes every visit special.

Castle Rock, Rocks!

The house and property were clean, very well kept, and the house was spacious with plenty of room for a comfortable family get together of ten people from age 1 to 66. Access to the beach was not only 60' feet away, but the pathway opened up a sizable view of the beach and pacific from the kitchen and both decks. We will be looking to rent this house again for our next family gathering.

Gorgeous home with a beautiful view.

Castle Rock Estate is an expansive and lovely home with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. All amenities are top notch. The views to the beach are an added bonus. Our family of 10 spent the week here and enjoyed it thoroughly. The house was very clean, well maintained, had a very high quality finish out. It was very comfortable for our family from ages 6 to 73 years. There is a 3 minute flat walk to the beach, which is expansive and quite private. Having a stream that meets the ocean on the beach made it even more fun for our grandkids. We cannot say enough good things about our experience we had at Castle Rock Estate.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful spot. Opposite side of street from beach but still has gorgeous views of the water and super easy beach access. Just cross the street and you’re at the access point. Beach was beautiful, clean and not crowded at all - at least in April. (: Home had everything we needed and even included things like coffee, laundry supplies and basic kitchen ingredients. Hot tub was huge and well maintained. Less than 10 minute drive to town of Cannon Beach and quick drive to Manzanita in the other direction We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
