Charming Guest House on Yonge - Old Village
Charming guest house in the heart of the Old Village in Historic Mount Pleasant. A short 2 miles away from the beautiful beaches of Sullivan's Island. We're 7 miles to King Street & downtown Charleston, and walking distance to restaurants, including Shem Creek. Our place is newly built and fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Access runs along the right side of the double garage and takes you to an open living space with a full kitchen, eat-at bar and living room.
We have a fenced in backyard to utilize for secure, safe parking and we are small pet friendly. The garage below is used by the owners during your stay.

A full kitchen with coffee maker, and complimentary coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, plates, utensils, wine glasses, knife set and other essential needs.
The living space is furnished with comfy sofa to put your feet up after a day at the beach. House has WiFi, smart flat screen TV, firestick and all streaming services available.
Two separate bedrooms for privacy & a fully stocked bathroom with towels and soap for your convenience. Lots of dresser & closet space to store your belongings along with extra blankets, beach towels, & chairs.
