A short distance to both Sombrero Beach as well as Coco Plum beach. The Marathon Area offers Fishing, Diving, Snorkeling, boating, jet skiing, golfing, turtle hospital, and the aquarium. Minutes from the world famous 7-mile bridge. 50-minute drive to Key West.

Enjoy Island life in a beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath home in Marathon, Florida. Full Kitchen, Spacious Living room with large flat screen television and dining room. All Bedrooms equipped with large flat screen televisions. Master Bedroom with a King size bed. 2 guest bedrooms each with a queen size bed. One of the guest bedrooms also features a bunk bed. All Brand-new updated appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside covered patio includes a dining table, outdoor living room area, a refrigerator, gas BBQ grill, and a private family firepit area and a relaxing hammock.
The house is on a large lot, there is plenty of private parking for 4 vehicles located in front of the house. Plenty of space for a boat trailer. The property offers 6’ fence all around for relaxing privacy. Short walking distance to sea wall and fishing spots. VACA-22-342
