Old Colorado City | Newly Renovated Home for 10

Enjoy a newly renovated ranch style home just blocks away from Old Colorado City. Wake up every morning to mountain views before using the kitchen to cook breakfast and head out for a hike, bike, or run at the nearby Garden of the Gods or Red Rock Canyon Open Space. With plenty of space for the entire family, our home will become yours and the perfect starting point for your adventure in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, or beyond! Fast wifi and a desk with dual monitors makes working easy.

The space:
Enjoy your own kitchen, bathroom, and living room in our home away from home. The fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook if you don't want to head a few blocks away to the many nearby restaurants in Old Colorado City. The bathrooms have a tub upstairs, and walk-in shower, washer, and dryer downstairs to help you clean up after a day on the trails. And when you're ready to relax, sit back in the comfortable couches in front of a smart TV with Netflix to entertain the entire family.

The Ski Room has a queen bed and plenty of space for all of your clothing and gear. A second queen bed in the Snowshoe Room features the same. The Climbing Room has a queen bed, and the Bear Room has a single trundle bed to give the kids their own space. The queen mattress in the pull-out couch will even allow that friend who tags along to all of your family trips to sleep comfortably. All linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided.

Guest access:
Street parking is simple and free - just don't block the neighbors' driveways and walk on up the front stairs.

Other things to note:
The lawn maintenance team comes by on Fridays to mow and maintain the front and back yards. If this will create issues for you, you must let me know ahead of time.
Pets are allowed (up to two medium-sized pets) but will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee (total) per stay.
