This oceanfront studio condo is located on the 5th floor, spacious for 4 guests. Bring your family and friends for a stay you will never forget! Two queen-sized beds. Large pool, 24-hour security, shaded parking, easy beach access, and much much more! Located less than a mile beach walks away from the Daytona Pier, which has Joe's Crab Shack rooftop restaurant and Hard Rock Cafe. Only 6 miles away from Daytona's International Speedway. Along with several restaurants, shops, attractions, and more! Great winter escape, newly remodeled, and a beautiful winter retreat :)

great time but wouldn’t stay here again
No hate to the owners whatsoever! This place is a great location but overall just has some issues that would prevent me and my friends from returning. The elevators are super slow and some times just didn’t work and we were on the 5th floor, so definitely not ideal. and the stairways were for exiting the building only, you cannot enter the building through them, which we thought was very odd and also seemed like a safety hazzard. Another issue we had was the door to our balcony had no handle on the outside so if we had accidentally shut the door behind us we would’ve been locked out of the condo! We also just felt like the bathroom wasn’t very clean & the tub was completely clogged from the first shower we took. We had to wait 20 mins in btwn showers just to wait for the water to go down. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as well, you could feel the bars under the mattresses. Another thing out of the owners control but the pool was under construction and although we were warned of that prior to arrival i don’t believe it was on the listing as such. This spot is however, very affordable and all around was perfect for a quick trip with my 2 friends, basically a hotel room with a kitchenette and that’s all we needed! Steps away from the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Disappointed
I was excited to stay near the beach and picked this hotel given the high ratings. Unfortunately, when my flight came in in the evening and I drove to the location and had to reach out multiple times to the owner to get the code to be let in. This was finally resolved within 30 minutes. The picture of the room inside is accurate. I was surprised to find the bedding unkept. A few of the pillows, especially one in particular were stained. They were covered with a pillowcase but no protector so could see the dirt. Both beds had a plastic mattress cover and one was ripped on the side. Collectively, this made me feel uncomfortable that I was not sleeping in a clean bed. I reached out to the owner. She asked for pictures and I sent. I requested a cancellation because I did not feel this was satisfactory to sleep in. She would not cancel and offered one free night. While this was a nice gesture, I honestly felt grossed out by it and requested a full cancelation. I am not a germophobic, just felt that was not clean for anyone. She would not cancel even though this was a property issue. I don’t think this is good business and very disappointed as it is not my fault the cleaning crew /owner did not have clean pillows. The unit faces the side - you can see the beach and also the street. It directly overlooks a empty lot. The area around appears safe but there were several homeless people near the property and directly on the empty lot. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this unit.

Spring break!
First time staying in a condo versus a hotel! Loved having our own kitchen and our own space for a week! Would definitely do this again!!

My stay was enjoyable, Property was very nice and clean, location was excellent, easy access to the ocean, close to shopping, Main Street, etc.. Carrie was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful... :)
