Villa is located at Destin West Beach and Bay Resort on Okaloosa Island. The villa offers breathtaking views of Choctawhatchee Bay, Okaloosa Island, Destin, and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Rise early for a breathtaking sunrise or watch the fireworks over the Destin Harbor on special occasions. Located on the ocean side of the resort this unit is only steps away from the sugar white beaches.

The large private balcony is a great place to enjoy a peaceful breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the evening. Stay entertained with the 37-inch flat screen HDTV, digital cable with HBO, DVD player, new 42 -inch TV in the bed area, and free high speed WI-FI. The full kitchen has everything you need including a refrigerator/freezer, 2-burner stove, convection microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher and blender. The Villa can sleep 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom offers a large garden tub for relaxing soaks and a stand alone glass door shower for a quick rinse.

Not clean, but good.

Checked into a dirty room. Watched the cleaning ladies not change the comforter on the bed. Took them about 15 minutes to clean.

We had such a fantastic stay in this condo! Room was clean, amenities at the complex were amazing, very short stroll to the beach, and it’s within walking distance e to restaurants and the boardwalk. Will return!

Cold Weather ....... but great stay.

The weather was under 60* each day, thank goodness they have heated pools and a couple jacuzzies. The room (V505) was nice and everything in working order.

The property was nice and clean. It was great for two adults. The only thing I would add would be somewhere to place shampoo in the shower. There was only a soap tray. It was great and enjoyed our stay.

Overall Great place to stay!

Loved our time here host is great and easy to talk to! The condo is bigger than the pics look tbh! So clean and loved that we were on the beach! The only negative thing I have to say is for the fold out couch there was no comforter just a sheet set so definitely recommend bringing pillows and blankets for the sleeper Sofa! But overall will stay here again!

We booked our stay for our anniversary. The condo was just the right size for the two of us. We enjoyed the resort amenities as well, along with the beach bar next door. We saw so many dolphins and were swimming within five feet of them. Amazing!!

Things you may need

As a woman ladies need to bring their own bathroom tissue bc theirs is awful. There was no top sheet on the bed but by the time i realized it the front desk was closed. Other than someone smoking weed the stay was perfect.

Shows up as a 2 BR in VRBO search. While the reality of having a fold out couch is OK, and was in the detailed description, the mattress on the foldout was so uncomfortable so was not useable.
