Located directly across from world-renowned Siesta Key Beach, this fabulous condo is the perfect vacation retreat with an emphasis on comfort. It is within walking distance to charming Siesta Key Village with its numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Our large end-unit condo has a living room and lanai with floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico and spectacular sunsets. Each bedroom has a gulf view. The large screened lanai typically becomes the favorite spot for eating and relaxing. The open living and dining areas are bright, roomy and beautifully furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have full en-suite baths and walk-in closets. Beach accessories including towels and chairs provided for your enjoyment. Linens are also provided.

FREE in-unit WIFI.

Crescent Royale is one of Siesta Key's most luxurious condo complexes. It features first-class resort amenities such as an Olympic sized swimming pool, covered parking, an on-site fitness center with weights and cardio equipment, shower facilities and shuffleboard courts. There is a clubhouse with games and recreation facilities.

Note that this is a non-smoking, pet free condo.

Spring Break

Great location to public beach, short walk to Village and close enough to get to bridge as well. Beds could be more comfortable and minimum amenities supplied. Overall great place and would stay again.

Yearly siesta key visit

An ideal location for all you need. Beach is steps away. Downtown is the perfect walk to walk off great food!!! Only thing I missed is the hot tub. We will return Allen

Siesta Key Beach oasis

Loved the property location-Siesta Key Beach. Unit is as exactly as shown. The only negative thing to say is that the beds were uncomfortable. I purchased two foam mattresses to have decent sleep. Otherwise, this unit was great; the balcony was huge and loved the fact it was screened in.

Siesta rental

The condo looked exactly like the photos. It was well worth the price. The only negative was the traffic noise but it was still really nice and so close to the beach.

Florida Get Away

It was a great week. The condo was prefect. Great location! Close to everything. We Love sitting on the lanai and look out at the gulf. We would stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Amazing Location

First time spring breakers (family of 3) visiting Siesta Key and we could not have been in a better location. The condo is literally steps away from the public beach access and about a 15 min walk from the village.. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we could need. The staff and fellow guests were polite and courteous. The property has all the amenities. We felt very at home. We will be back.

Terrific condo

Nice vacation for myself, my wife, and 21 year old adult son. Great location across from the beach, short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai.

Love the Crescent Royale but never renting 300 again

The carpet was very dirty. All the beach chairs etc were sitting in the lanai instead of a locker and it was all disgusting had to get 2 chairs from management because the ones provided were either broken or all rusty. The lanai looked pretty disgusting with all the nasty beach stuff sitting in the corner but of course it doesn't show that in the picture. Nice place except for these 2 main problems

Had a great time, satisfied with condo. Four of my adult children with their families rented different condos in Crescent Royale... There was a total of 14!

The VIEW!!!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful condo! The view is everything. We enjoyed having the street below because we like to people watch but for some they may find it noisy. At night, we could still hear the gulf. It was very easy access to the beach and we had no trouble crossing the street with a 7, 4 and 2 year old in tow. The pool was great, the kids loved it, just a heads up, there really isn’t a shallow end, 4ft 4in is as shallow as it gets, but the kids played on the stairs. The staff was fantastic, especially one of the security guards, he was so friendly and it was nice chatting with him. Overall, we loved it here! Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven!!

Beautiful Beach

Our family of four visited this very well maintained and equipped property. There’s a security guard constantly checking the place so you feel secure. There were some rowdy folks lingering along the streets while we were there Memorial weekend and cops constantly chasing people out of the public beach area which is almost directly in front of the property. It made for entertaining evenings on the lanai while we sipped on our adult beverages. During the day we saw weddings almost everyday of the week across the street. All in all a gorgeous beach and a very well kept condo! We loved the powdery sand at the beach and looking for manatees daily. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay!

Comfortable updated condo

This place was very comfortable, clean and updated. Covered parking was really nice. Large covered balcony. Pool area wonderful and clean. The only downside for me was the road in front. I prefer condos directly on the beach because it’s Less hassle getting to the beach. This area of Florida is Great for family’s.

The location is great, the carpets are very dirty didn't want to walk on them without shoes on

The location is great. You need to give the carpets a good cleaning they are very dirty and the dishes/silverware/ect we had to rewash. There were only 6 beach towels and I didn't want to use my credit cared to wash beach towels. We had a great time but I won't stay in this condo again.

Beautiful condo, super clean, well stocked kitchen. Great communication with owners. They had carpet cleaned while we were there and made sure it did not disrupt our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!!

Unbeatable beach!

If you are looking at this property, stop looking and start booking! Wonderful complex, prime location, very responsive owner and front desk. The view is fantastic. Trolley stop very close by but we also were able to walk to the Siesta Key Village. This is an older unit but was very clean and quite cozy. Will definitely book again. Our son cried when we left and said this was the best vacation ever…

Beautiful, spacious condo close to beach

The condo was excellent. Spacious with nice beach decor. Very clean. Close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. Free shuttle stop right outside of condo. Has beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. Awesome view!!

The condo has a perfect location, full view of the beach,but the rug was so dirty your feet turned black, I would definitely have it cleaned before you rent it again

Love Siesta Key

The condo and property were great. Location was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Loved the pool. Sat out on screened balcony every evening. Great view of beach and ocean.
