Matt was an amazing host!! He communicated with me throughout my stay and helped out with anything we needed. The place was just as described, close to pretty much everything, it was homey and relaxing!

Quiet location on dead end street perfect for families. Lots of outdoor seating areas including a rooftop deck. The house was clean and well stocked. The upstairs sleeping areas are open to each other or you have to go through one to get to the other bedroom. It worked for us as my daughter and her kids had the upstairs.

Nice home for families

We absolutely loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom- what a huge bonus. The owner was quite communicative and even showed up during our checkout process.

Great stay and location

Great rental to celebrate my 40th birthday. There were 3 couples and 1 single and had plenty of space. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend! Would work perfect for multi families too or big group trip. Restaurants were walkable and the location was quiet which was nice.

Everything we needed

House was everything it was billed as, met all our needs and there was 14 of us. It was even close to the DART bus station, so we bought week -long tickets and took that to the beach everyday. no hassle parking. Overall, a week to remember.

Great house and communication

The host was in communication since the request was put in to book the house. He was in touch throughout the process and replied to any questions very quickly. The house was very clean and located very close to the beach. The house had plenty of space and bedrooms for our family of 10. The house has a lovely deck and rooftop gallery.

Wonderful home, perfect location, great communication!

My whole family met up at Matt's home for our first beach trip all together. It was perfect. The privacy of the yard and home was great, the neighborhood street was nice for walks and not too busy for the kids to be outside playing. The layout of the home worked great for us, the kids all LOVED the loft room that they stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking items, also some paper and cleaning products to hold us over until we got to the store. It felt like a home away from home and we could find fun things to do with a short drive in any direction. We will definitely be returning in the future if it's still an option! Thank you so much!

The owner, Matthew, gives excellent communication before the vacation, and during the vacation, if you have a question. The house is large and roomy. We had 8 people stay there comfortably, and there was more sleeping room if we had others come, which we did not. The beds are comfortable. The living room has comfortable, clean furniture. The kitchen is well appointed. Matthew has cable TV there, which we used for Phillies games and movies. The location is just between Roboboth and Dewey. We easily reached and enjoyed both beaches. I really recommend this house and owner for your stay.

Relaxing home for days at the beach.

This is a large home at the beach that was very clean when we arrived. The beds are firm and nice. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers, plus an outdoor shower. The appliances are modern and well maintained. There are many different porches on the house, which provided places for outdoor discussions. The TVs have many different channels, and there are many TVs in the house. The owner communicates well about the area, such as where to find the nearest beach, what to do in Rehoboth and Dewey, etc. The home is in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew's home.
