Beautiful home with short walk to Higgins beach

This house is very well maintained and fully stocked. Steve, the owner, was great. The location is a very short walk to beautiful Higgins beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. The house had everything needed to make the stay convenient and comfortable. The host was helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic week

Well maintained property with everything you could possibly need for a beach week. Fresh flowers on arrival, lots of perks like outdoor grill, beach towels and chairs, fully stocked kitchen, etc. easy communication with host.

Beautiful in every way

We were blown away by how clean and welcoming the rental was. Flowers, tons of linens and towels, there were cleaning products, toilet paper and paper towels. It made settling in super easy. Thank you for a great stay! Loved that we were a few steps from the beach stairs and appreciated that there were even beach chairs available to use. Thank you!

Great family beach retreat

This has been one of the nicest places we have stayed. It was less than a minute from a beautiful sandy beach with gorgeous sunsets. The rooms provide great views of the ocean . The host thought of everything, even down to having a lint roller. The house was clean and comfortable. It had a great location to Portland and points beyond, we would highly recommend this house and I feel we will be renting it again.

A wonderful location near the beach

The house is bright, clean, updated, comfortable, and fully stocked with kitchenware and very nice sheets and towels. It was easy to load up our beach stuff and walk a short distance to Higgins Beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great week there.

Higgins Beach House

Great house and location, just off the beach. Very clean and well appointed. Plenty of beds and comfortable sleeping rooms. Two areas to socialize so adults and kids can have separate spaces. Outside shower was great for the surfers. Backyard space was big enough for two picnic tables. Everything else you need like Grill, boogie boards, beach chairs and mats. Parking for 3-4 cars.

Perfect place for a big family!

This property is so bright, airy, and spacious. We had 7 family members there and we had plenty of room! There’s a 2nd sitting area on the 3rd floor with a view of the ocean - great for cocktails, morning coffee, or a break from others! The owner, Steve, couldn’t be more responsive. My family has stayed here for a number of years and we absolutely love it.
