"Soul-Fix" (A-404) is located on the 4th floor of Building A in the Dunes of Panama Resort. Only 7 stories, Building A is primarily year-round residents and one of the smaller in the area adding to the private and easy access of the amenities in a wonderful family atmosphere. We are one of the few buildings/rentals offering pet-friendly (2 pets-25 lbs or less/owner approval).

The Master Bedroom features a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous views with balcony access, a king-sized luxury bed, television, master bath, with beautiful tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 - full size beds, television and adjacent hall full-bath. A fully equipped kitchen, dining, televisions in all rooms, ample seating, and free private wi-fi ensure the condo is a home away from home and the perfect affordable vacation leaving your worries behind!

The large condo windows and balcony overlook the serenity of the Rick Stelzer Florida State Park offering a unique break from adjacent condos and population. The 4.75-acre park has a section of undeveloped beach that is preserved for education about the gulf dune system and how it interacts with the beach environment. Adding to the privacy and more spectacular sunset views than anywhere on the beach!

No need to carry chairs to the beach each day, our stay includes two reserved complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in a single row of limited chairs, right on the beach! The resort features 3 pools overlooking 1500 ft of beach, onsite snack-bar and grille, picnic areas, pavilions, free outdoor grills poolside, a gym, tennis courts, basketball, 2 elevators, and many amenities providing something for everyone! The private gated entrance with security adds more peace of mind during your stay in Panama City Beach.

The slower-paced, more residential family-oriented Lower Grand Lagoon area of Panama City Beach offers the majority of locally owned dining establishments and a host of Florida's finest seafood restaurants. Here you will experience easy access to shopping and beach activities which include pontoon, jet ski and ferry rentals to Shell Island State Park, Dolphin sightseeing tours and sunset cruises. Golf some of the top courses or head for Goofy-Golf for family fun! An added excursion to the Pirate Ship is always a hit!

Mother Daughter Trip

The condo was cute and very clean. Cleanliness is a very very important factor to me when traveling and it met even my expectations. The view from our 4 th floor was spectacular overlooking the ocean but an added plus was facing west and seeing some amazing sunsets. Liz the owner Was delightful in our communication. The only negative and I have rented through VRBO many times is the fees especially the host fee was higher than I have ever paid . My daughters.and I certainly made great memories and would rent here again.

Amazing place, great location and wonderful owner

We absolutely loved this place. Great location, away from the crazy busy beaches but close enough to restaurants and Pier Park. The owner, Lisa, was great with communication. Place was super clean and had a great view. We loved having the beach chair service too. Would definitely stay again!

Escape to Soul-fix

We've been escaping from the winter months to Panama City Beach for many years and have never been disappointed. The 3 months we spent in Soul-Fix were so delightful and comfortable and relaxing that even our Italian Greyhound couldn't have been happier. The apartment had everything we needed with a very well equipped kitchen. The owner contacted us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When I had a slight technical problem with the TV it was fixed within an hour while we were out. Of course the view is extraordinary, waking in the morning to the sun rising over the water and in the evening. After 3 months we never saw the same sunset, each evening brought us the gift of another beautiful memory. Miss Lily, our dog, was constantly entertained by watching birds, people and kites. We also had the chance to be guests from our 4th floor balcony to 2 weddings. The building is an oasis set back from traffic with lovely walking areas which suited Miss Lily. We are looking forward to escaping to Soul-Fix next year and many years to come. The Bessada's and Miss Lily

Incredible Vacation!!!

This place was perfect! Well appointed, beautifully equipped, and just steps from the beach! This unit has literally everything you could ever possibly need, and all the latest and greatest amenities. They have not missed a thing! Balcony overlooks the beach, beautiful sunsets every day, and the access to the beach is awesome! Just a few steps and your toes are in the sand!! Free beach chair service, three pools with plenty of seating, outdoor barbecues, Tiki bar and a restaurant on site as well. The property is one of the oldest in Panama City Beach, but is very well maintained! We were also impressed that there is always a security guard on site! Then there’s Liz, the hostess with mostest! I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was to us while we were there. If anything is not right she will take care of it, if you need something she’s all over it! She is the best!! You are crazy if you don’t rent from her. We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back!!!

We had a wonderful time. People in Panama City are great. Friendly and helpful when needed.

Our overall impression is that the property is beautiful and well-kept. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the views. Just beautiful! The condo we stayed in couldn't have been a better choice. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back.

PCB Stay July 4th Week 2022

The unit was very nice. The view was awesome! Liked that they had some extra items like trash bags and dish detergent that were available to use. Very convenient to everything. Liked the chairs at the beach. The property is older but the unit has been updated.

Spectacular ocean view

The condo was very comfortable and clean. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets each evening from the living room. The beach was extremely accessible, without a lot stairs to get there, which was superb....we would book this property again.

Fixed my soul

This condo is wonderful. You will realize this the moment you open the front door and see the breathtaking views! The place is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has everything you need to be comfortable. I wouldn’t change a thing about the condo. Liz is great, too! She is quick with communication, and offered great recommendations for things to do in the area, I enjoyed corresponding with her! I can’t wait to stay here again!

The place is exactly what you see on the pictures We love the stay , it is conveniently located. Owner was really easy to communicate with Regardless of a rainy day we had Or not sunny days the entire time the place is gorgeous and the day what was really sunny we had our daughters proposal and the scenery was stunning.
