This was by far my favorite Vrbo to stay in. Clean, access to everything, peaceful, it had it all. A small piece of perfect!

Lovely property and fast communication from the host. Terrific location. The stairs to the loft bed, however, are exceptionally steep. Not for those with weaker knees or those who need to be cautious about steep inclines!

Unfortunately had to leave early for family emergency but place was as advertised! Clean, beautiful and very close to beach shops and restaurants. We flew in and used Uber because most places were within walking distance. Host very kind and responds quickly. Highly recommended

Beautiful property.. good for my wife and I. Very quiet and very nice. Parking was sowwhat of a challeng but manageable. The property is a 5 out 5. Parking is 3.5 out of 5.

Overall, loved the place. Great location and a very nice carriage house. The stairs getting up to the bed are a bit tricky, but not a big deal. Only thing missing from the kitchen that we thought would be there was a pair of tongs. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely carriage house with sweet little welcoming surprises we didn’t expect and truly appreciated! We definitely felt like we were at a resort. RB is gorgeous and we’re making plans to return next year. This carriage house is perfectly situated in a quiet area, near the beach access, with a short walk to town. I’m almost reluctant to recommend this treasure, lest anyone else book the week we want! But it’s perfect. Thank you!

Great Stay at Rosemary Beach!

We had an amazing experience at Rosemary Beach. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and to restaurants and retail at Rosemary Beach. The property was equipped with all we needed and was perfect for a getaway with my spouse.

Excellent carriage house. The host was amazing. We had a few minor problems which were resolved quickly and also brought us a gift for our inconvenience. Like other reviews stated the stairs are very steep to the queen bed (very comfortable) but should be noted if you are elderly or have balance issues. The place had everything you would want if you chose to cook. Coffee maker, toaster, dishes, blender, glassware etc... all in good order and well stocked. Loved that there was a washer/dryer on property in the garage area. Beach seriously so close you can walk in 1-2 minutes tops and they have two beach chairs and an umbrella if you need one and a cart to put it in if you don't want to carry it. The bikes are great and easy to get around. We only used our car once and the rest of the time we walked or biked. No problem parking on the street parking was always available. Town is a 2–4-minute walk you can see it from the sidewalk out front! My husband and I also commented on how quiet the carriage house was. The closest pool out of four to choose from is a super quick bike ride or maybe a 4-minute walk. So many great restaurants to choose from if you like to go out to eat. Grab the Rosemary Thymes free newspaper and see the map inside to take the Rosemary Beach Trail that winds through the carefully preserved native landscape and past all the beautiful homes, pools, green spaces, and parks.

Great Location

This cottage was perfect! Short walk to beach and to town. Cottage was fully stocked with all that you need. The bed is super comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Perfect for a couple. 2 min walk to the beach and in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Me and my wife had a great stay here.
