We had no complaints at all about our stay. The unit was clean and nicely updated, and we felt safe throughout the stay.

Enjoyed the view

It has a fantastic view of the beach and water. Location was good as a little removed from the hustle and bustle of main area but close enough to drive to whatever you wanted to do.

Great gulf front condo

Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely gulf front condo. It had a calming beach feel from the moment we walked in the door. It was impeccably maintained and beautifully furnished.. even the beds were incredibly comfortable! We highly recommend this property.

Right on the beach!

The condo is beautiful and the property is well maintained. The beach is right there, no trying to cross the busy street. Would definitely rent again.

New Year’s 2024

Excellent, clean, tastefully appointed condominium with great views of the Gulf and easy beach access. Nice pool area. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Great communication and a gem of a gentleman at the gate! Happy New Year!

Beautiful Escape

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were down in Galveston for a big martial arts tournament for my boys. With 3 boys and my MIL with me, I can say this place was absolutely PERFECT! Easy access to the condo and beach for my MIL and my boys had an amazing time at the wonderful pool and beach. The view was stunning and I still can’t believe how amazing it was. The condo exceeded every expectation. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were so comfortable, especially the master bedroom. We will definitely return, we loved it!!!

Wonderful!

This is by far the cleanest condo/house I have ever stayed in at the beach! The view is amazing, the water right at your feet with a great walkway. We had an issue with the showers not working but Ryson got on it real quick and it was fixed within an hour. Could use more towels since there isn’t a washer/dryer, but other than that it’s a great condo! We will definitely be coming back!

Quick Galveston Getaway

Great condo & property! We would stay again!!! Two things were issues - lock did not work upon checkin, so property management, who were offsite, had to come out to help. This caused unneeded stress. Water pressure in both showers was terrible! 10 am checkout was way too early, considering checkin was at 4:00.

This is a wonderful condo. Location is perfect and place is spotless. Only complaint is the door lock getting into unit. Need to hold knob when putting in code. Could not get it to work and had to call for help to get in. I was very impressed with Ryson and all of their communication and ease in getting check in and departure information

Breathtaking view on the beach

This is a rare find with the beach at your fingertips. This condo was clean and comfortable for our stay. The view on the balcony was amazing! The sound of the waves and sunrise with coffee was the best! The children enjoyed being at the pool as well as the beach. The only thing that you need to be prepared with is extra detergent for the dishwasher and extra towels since there isn’t a washer/dryer (beach, bath and dish towels). They provided one bath towel per person for a week stay (5), one dish towel and no beach towels. We would bring additional supplies next time but this is a fabulous condo!

Great view!

Overall, this is a great property & we had such a fun, relaxing family vacation. It was really clean (& I'm super picky about cleanliness) & decorated so cute. The view was beautiful & the beds were super comfy. A couple of things that could make the condo even better... the door lock was tricky to use & we had to call the management company when we 1st arrived because our code wouldn't work. The fan in the living room is super nosy. The water pressure in the showers is horrible. And the fridge didn't seem to get cold enough. None of these are deal breakers though... just things that could improve the condo. We loved the proximity to the beach...so convenient!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had a wonderful week at your condo! COVID-19 had just started so we knew we would have to keep our distance from other families and would not be able to visit the great local attractions. Social distancing at the beach was PERFECT! My family of 4 fit perfectly in the condo with lots of room to spare. We did not eat out so I used the well equipped kitchen for every meal. Wal-Mart is just down the road so it was easy to get down there and stock up (with what was left). Looking at the beach and having coffee on the balcony every morning was a dream come true! The pool was not crowded and my kids absolutely loved going from the pool to the hot tub, pool to the hot tub! Lol! Being able to walk right out to the beach was great too! We are pretty minimal on what we take so we just carried it all, but you could easily take a wagon on the boardwalk too, if you need to bring a lot of stuff. Thank you for providing a wonderful retreat for my family! We will for sure be back!! *The only thing that I would add would be a washer and dryer. I'm sure they are available at the complex but I didn't want to haul all of our stuff down there.

great location

Can't beat being right on the beach. Condo had everything we needed. I would bring a fan for the bunkbed area, it got warm. I would also bring a long extension cord for the bunk bed area. There are no plugs close by.

Long weekend getaway

We loved the condo and the view! It was great to sit on the patio and see the gulf (without a road in between). Easy to get to and not too far of a drive from plenty of activities.

We were looking for a low key beachfront vacation and this place didn’t disappoint. Just steps to the beach, it was very convenient to set up our beach gear each day and just relax.

Great location for families

Parrot Paradise was wonderful! The condo is recently renovated, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our kids loved the built-in bunk beds and spent lots of time in the well-kept pool. Beach access and the view were perfect. A couple who lives part time in a neighboring condo recommended BLVD Seafood, and it was our best meal on the island.

Perfect location!!

The perks: You can’t ask for a better location. Literally steps from the water and so easy to cart your stuff to the beach everyday. Outside showers makes it easy to rinse off the sand before heading upstairs. The master bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a rental. No complaints with the 2nd bedroom either! I was afraid of not having an actual dining table to eat around but once we figured out the extra barstools in the living room could be used at the large island, it was no biggie! Kitchen was decently stocked to cook basic meals. Ways to make it better: No washer/dryer in the unit or the complex. Hard to keep beach towels from smelling from daily use if you can’t dry them properly (no draping is allowed over the balcony) and no way to wash them. Unit needs more than 2 dish towels in the kitchen & there’s no washcloth. If you’re a cook, you know you need more than 2 for a week since there’s no way to wash them in between uses. Kitchen needs more than 2 tiny potholders. A bottle of bleach spray or container of Clorox wipes would be a nice gesture in the kitchen as well. There’s literally nothing to clean with so you better come prepared. The A/C works great in the unit with the exception of the “nook” with the bunk beds by the front door. No plug in either to use a fan. Our kids ended up sleeping on the couch because it was just too hot in the beds. None of my minor suggestions are deal breakers. Overall it’s a great unit!! I would definitely stay again and can’t wait for our next trip to Galveston.

Mini Vacation

My husband and I weren’t planning on a vacation this year as we decided to put the extra money into house renovations. He knows how much I love the beach so he surprised me with a quick trip to Galveston (Mon-Thur). The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!
