Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the ease of property and are considering staying here again.

Another great vacation

We love this property. Convenient location, lots of beach and plenty of room in the condo make for a wonderful beach vacation. We especially like the nice sized closet to store things while there.

Great location

Loved the location - people were friendly - rooms are small - which was not an issue for us but it gives the feel of an old hotel turned condo. Most important CLEAN!!

No balconies big disappointment! Barely could see ocean from little side window. Check in was good with friendly attendant. Manager very helpful and friendly. Pool set up was nice. Food at the hut was good.

The first night there was yelling and fighting in the adjacent room which kept me up all night. I know you could not help that but the floor looked like it had not been mopped in years. The shower was gross. I had to buy some cleaner from Walmart before I could shower in it. It needs a good scrubbing. We got a text just before we arrived there was a water boil advisory. We never heard anything else, if we needed to continue or not. We boiled until we left. I know a lot of this was not your fault but your cleaning crew needs to clean the floor and shower better. Thanks!

Great location and great property

First time staying here. Easy to get to and a lot of parking availability. Room was exactly as advertised. Located on the second floor making it easy to get to the pool and beach and just down the hall from the balcony area where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pool and Gulf. The room was clean with all the expected comforts . No issues. Mello atmosphere and extremely friendly workers and fellow guests. Great experience!

The property was just as advertised except you cannot see the beach from the window. The unit had everything you need to cook if you want. The bed and sofa was very comfortable. The price was good. The property was good. Nice pool. Short walk to the beach.

NO ocean front view, beds not listed correctly, no cover for one of the beds, dirty bathroom & a leaky shower. Won’t be back

Sherri, We are sorry that your vacation was not as you expected. We are not sure why you felt this unit had an ocean view. We have just reviewed the listing to make sure that it is not misleading. If you look at the photos, there are no gulf views from the unit itself. The wording does not indicate a gulf view. The resort does have a common balcony available for guests with a view of the gulf. The beds in the unit are listed correctly as well. We apologize that there was no blanket for the sleeper sofa and that the shower had a leak. Our records indicate that we brought a blanket and sent maintenance to repair the shower. We hope you spent some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home.

Property wasn't as advertised. Room had no ocean view. No restaurant on site ! Is HOA ran . So there is no rentals allowed on property such as golf carts Rooms are very small Give cheap motel vibes Original advertisement had that a water park was on site which isn't. Over priced for what it is

No assistance

After booking the unit which was located on the 2nd floor my daughter found a similar unit on the ground floor and both units were through your agency and asked to switch to the 1st floor and after several phone calls with the lady would not accommodate us
