This property is a dream. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and relatively close to everything. It’s very quiet. The pool is a nice amenity as it gets pretty hot at certain times of year. Looking forward to my next stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really liked having the extra space in a full one bedroom condo with full kitchen; it was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool area and the pool towels, water jugs/filler, and ice machine were a nice bonus. The entire property is quaint and in a quiet area. Communication with the host was quick, easy, and they were always helpful. We also appreciated the concierge services. The wi-fi can be a bit spotty at times. Overall we highly recommend this property!

We are very happy with our stay! Property was beautiful and well maintained. We did not hear people in the other suites but we did have a 8-10 person group of obnoxious visitors who did not respect the quiet rules. They had us up on several occasions during our stay.

Beautiful Place in a Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Sugar Palm Suite! We could easily walk to Duval and to Higgs Beach. Both the front porch and the side deck - and the shared pool area and garden - were lovely green shady places to hang out. And the decor was cute too!
