We were in the area for our son's wedding. This property was the perfect place for six of us to stay, relax and unwind between events. The home had absolutely everything we needed, plus additional amenities like the hot tub, Blackstone, dart board and an awesome old school Nintendo! The bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and comfortable. The common areas were relaxing. The kitchen was updated and great for our purposes. Communication with the host was perfect.

This property couldn’t have been more perfect for our family gathering of 8 adults and 3 littles. Centrally located in Denver- 20 to 30 minutes distance to all of our adventures! The house was clean, beautifully upgraded, and lots of fun touches. Our host thought of everything to make a family escape special. And she was absolutely so nice and super easy to communicate with. We all loved it all!

We spent 10 days in this house recently and enjoyed our time there. The house was clean and organized. The communication with the host was great. The area was quiet and stores and restaurants nearby where a few minutes away. We would love to stay in this house again if we are ever in the area.

I'm from South Carolina but have spent most of my adult life out west, so I guess you could say I'm a mountain girl with southern manners.

Hosting is the perfect intersection of two great loves: this incredible part of the country, and bringing people together.

There is something truly special about knowing that our home is the backdrop where a family reconnects, where old friends pick up right where they left off, or where a new memory gets made that people will talk about for years. That never gets old for me.

It is genuinely an honor to play even a small role in those moments — and that's what keeps us pouring so much care into every detail of your stay.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Our neighborhood sits in a quiet residential pocket that feels like a true retreat — but don't let the peace and quiet fool you. You're just minutes from everything Colorado is famous for.

Red Rocks Amphitheatre, world-class hiking, major sports stadiums, great restaurants, and shopping are all within easy reach, making this the ideal home base for any itinerary.

And just 5 minutes away, you'll find one of the area's best-kept secrets: Olde Town Arvada — a charming, walkable arts district with local shops, restaurants, breweries, and a small-town character that surprises most visitors in the best way.

It's the kind of neighborhood where you can sit on the patio with your morning coffee in total quiet, then be at a trailhead or concert venue before the hour is up.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We've designed a space with a fun but luxe vibe, centered around our signature Colorado Gem Theme — complete with a treasure hunt to kick off the adventure.

From the moment you arrive, there's something for everyone.

Outside, gather around the spacious fire pit with s'more supplies ready to go, soak in the hot tub, or let the kids and pets (and adults) roam freely in the fully fenced yard. Inside, you'll find multiple large TV areas, a game room with foosball, darts, board games, and old-school Nintendo — plus enough bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone gets their own space to recharge, while still having plenty of room to come together.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary creations and those long, lingering meals that are the heart of every great trip.

We specialize in family reunions, friend getaways, and group trips — and we've built this home with exactly those moments in mind.

Unlike many listings managed by corporate rental companies, this is our only short-term rental. It's our small family business, and we pour real pride and personal care into every stay. We're not just hosts — we genuinely want you to have the trip of a lifetime.

We can't wait to welcome you to Colorado!
