We have stayed at the Spanish Main several times over the years and this was the nicest unit we have rented. Everything from the furniture to the kitchen to the beach accessories were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing condo. The place was immaculate and everything we needed for our time on the beach was provided. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a top of the line place to stay at Cocoa Beach, then this is the place you should stay.

The unit was super clean and stocked full of everything we needed for the beach. The kitchen amenities were great as well. I can't say enough about the excellent communication with the host/owner. So helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner and making sure our stay was an excellent experience. Very accommodating! We enjoyed seeing the morning sunrise and view of the beach from the balcony. Overall fantastic experience!!!

This is a top-notch property! Loved everything about this well-appointed unit. Will love to go back. Beautifully furnished, every essential you can think of is provided, quality bedding, just perfect. I cannot think of one thing that is lacking in this unit. I do wish the development had some umbrellas at the tables at the pool so that there could be a little bit of shade. However, the host of this unit has provided plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach, which is where we ended up spending our afternoons.

From the minute we drove onto the property, it was clean and impressive, our condo was clean, had easy access to the beach and the pool. Our condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was a great area to cook. Plenty of refrigerator space and appliances. We had beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and toiletries. Our balcony had great views poolside, and the ocean. We also had the opportunity to watch a rocket launch. We had great memories to last forever and our host. Marilyn was very informative. She’s the best.!!

The host was very communicative and attentive. Condo was clean and you can tell it’s been remodeled. Very nice view from balcony too! Walk to the beach was super easy! You ca literally walk to all of our favorite places to eat and drink. Bonus!!

Great location, comfortable, beautiful decor, easy access to beach

Beautiful condo and location. Enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday. Everything was very convenient and all comforts were provided. Especially enjoyed the easy beach access. Great host too!

This was our second stay at this condo and it was great just like the first. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Most things you need to enjoy a beach vacation are provided. Hosts are great to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Boat race weekend

Stay was outstanding perfect weekend for the boat races.. Condo was immaculate and very organized, enjoyed my stay. Owners very accommodating, this will always be my place to book when I am visiting the area.
