This is the perfect spot to relax. The hot tub is sparkling and clean. The fire pit is well stocked with fire wood. The cabin is cozy and clean.

Our stay here was wonderful. Swimming in the river by day and hot tub relaxation at night. House is a great size for a small family and the shower gets an A.

Comfy bed. Good internet. Stocked kitchen supplies. Large backyard with easy river access. The arcade was also a great bonus!

A nice quiet get away! Perfect for some relaxing. Be able to walk to the river is amazing. We have been here twice and can’t wait to come back again!

Staying at this property was a pleasure!The house has everything you need to be comfortable- nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, comfy king size bed and a smart TV as a bonus. We also really enjoyed having the grill as an option for cooking dinner!The house is the perfect size for the getaway my husband and I were looking for. It was also the perfect amount of secluded for us- we really felt like we were able to totally disconnect, take in all of the nature around us and really appreciate a few days of existing in the moment. The view and sounds of the river from the house are so relaxing and the hot tub was the perfect way to enjoy the outdoor space!We are looking forward to another stay at this property in the future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house and property were wonderful. We took full advantage of the river (right in the back yard!), and the amenities.

Our trip was somewhat dampened by the weather. The river was beautiful. Lots of space for the dogs to run. It rained nearly the whole time we were there, so we didn’t get to use the hot tub or enjoy the deck as we would have liked to. We just didn’t get to enjoy the full potential of the property, which was not the fault of the hosts, just our soggy experience. If we visit the area again, this house will be on our short-list of considerations.

Property needs a deep cleaning. Fixtures, plant decor, refrigerator dusty. Ants were an issue in kitchen and bath. Rental adequate but not worth the price charged. Sofa was well used and had an odor. I brought extra sheets which I used to cover the sofa during our stay.

The house has a big open yard with gorgeous views of the river, and we even went in the water most days (refreshing, safe, but too shallow to swim). The deck, hot tub, fire pit, and hammock were wonderful. The house is well equipped, and the owner was quick to respond to a couple issues. Remember that you are in the woods, so be vigilant with putting food away, wiping crumbs, etc. The upstairs bedroom is an open loft, but the bed was very comfy. Overall, we had a really peaceful and relaxing time!

We had a great stay! The cabin had everything we needed. The property was beautiful. We loved being right on the river. The hot tub was a nice touch too. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay! The location near the river, game shed, hot tub, grill, deck, and yard were all excellent amenities. The host was great and was able to offer us early check in and was quick to reply to all questions. My only critique is that the sofa in the living room could use a professional steam clean or new upholstery.

This was the perfect home for us as a couple and our two dogs! The river access and yard is so nice - so many ways to enjoy the great outdoors from the fire pit, hammock, river, and beautiful deck. We enjoyed the hot tub as well! Perfect location to stay and relax, but also close enough to Woodstock and other small towns to enjoy good food and museums! We highly recommend this property to everyone!
