This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, condo has a large oceanfront balcony with wonderful views and has access from the living room and master bedroom. This unit can comfortable accommodate 10 with 2 kings, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.

Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

This luxury unit has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the oceanfront balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and all 3 bedrooms and the living room have flat screen TV's. There is 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condition of the unit was not what I expected. There were 5 or 6 things that could have been maintained better. Most were of a cosmetic nature, I furnished a list to the rental office the day after our check-in.

Overall, our stay was wonderful.The only issue we encountered was cleanliness. Some items, like the bed baskets, had visible stains and needed to be washed before use. We also felt uncomfortable using certain upholstered furniture, so we covered a couch and a chair with blankets in order to sit on them.The upholstered furniture would benefit from a deep cleaning or possibly replacement. Addressing this would greatly improve the overall experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was closed, we are waiting for a small reimbursement for this inconvenience. The unit itself was well equipped. The master bathroom has signs of mold appearing on the ceiling. Another bathroom had peeling wallpaper, toilet that was very very slow to fill. Overall the unit was satisfactory and would be well suited for families. Elevators were fast, across the street parking was okay, but should have something for handicap people closer.

Retreat to the beach

The condo is light, pretty, clean, well-equipped in the kitchen, and has a beautiful balcony. The decoration is lovely. We had an easy, quiet, peaceful time!

Beautiful view!

Pleasantly surprised with the check in process and loved the view of the beach and ocean. The full moon glowing across the water reflected wonderfully for amazing evening relaxation on the balcony. Amenities were nice and the unit was very clean. Well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean . Shower handle in hall bath was very hard to shut off. Crockpot is not working properly. Toaster could be updated. Great maintenance response. The slider is a little easier to open. We would definitely return to this condo.

Nice place to visit

We felt the furniture could have been a lot cleaner. But layout of the condo was great. Parking lot was challenging with a larger vehicle to manuever but great amenities Overall great vacation.

We had a wonderful time at Crescent Shores. The amenities were exactly as listed. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and have an option of the pool. The check in and out process was so easy. We hope to return again next year.

July family vacation

Condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Some of the staff of Crescent Shores weren’t always the most friendly or accommodating. Overall a very enjoyable week.
