This condo is perfect for us!

Condo is clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Location is perfect directly above the pools! Owners are very responsive. We definitely recommend it!

Wonderful!

Second time staying and just like before we couldn't have asked for any better accommodations. The condo was extremely clean, easy access and had everything you could possibly need for your trip. I highly recommend Chasin Rays for a great beach vacation.

Perfect Spot at Summit Resort to avoid Elevator Traffic and comes with Chairs!!!!

Property was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Owners were very easy to work with and provided the right amount of communication throughout the booking process and stay. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Little Getaway! Amazing Condo!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect!!! The condo was so clean and cute, the balcony had an amazing view, and the Summit was a perfect location. Less than 2 minute walk down to the beach and loved the included beach chair rentals! Lee and Amanda were super responsive and friendly, making sure we had the best stay. Will be recommending this spot to all friends/family and we will absolutely be back here! Don’t think- just book it!

The condo and it’s location was fantastic!

This is our second time staying in this condo and it is clean and nicely decorated. The condo is close to the elevator and stairs on the second floor. It is nice not having to deal with the elevators and just going up and down one flight of stairs. Lee is very thorough with his emails all throughout your stay as well as leading up to it and after you depart. His emails provide you with everything you would possibly need to know about the condo and surrounding places to eat or go to for entertainment.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were super comfortable.

Great place to stay.

Thank you for a much needed getaway that was perfect. The condo was clean and comfortable and a great place to just hang out after a long day on the beach. We enjoyed the loungers included with our stay which made it so easy to go to the beach without carrying everything but the kitchen sink.

Location, location, location!!

Love staying at the Summit and Chasin Rays condo was the perfect choice for us. The view was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable and the unit was spotless!! We will definitely stay there next time we visit PCB!!!

Great family beach vacation

We loved the condo and property. Our teenagers were able to explore and enjoy all the amenities. We will definitely return.

Beautiful place with a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our time here, It was very clean and organized which made our stay even better and easier. Amanda and Lee are awesome and respond very quickly with any questions/concerns. We look forward to returning and working with them again.

Another stay in paradise!!

This is our 5th Time (I think?!) to stay at Chasin rays.. and it was perfect as ever!! Love the addition of the new power recliners and the TV being mounted over the shiplap fireplace! Unit was very clean as always, and had everything we needed! Looking forward to our next visit!

Mother & Daughter trip

We had the best time!

We had a great time staying at Chasin’ Rays! The master bed was super comfy, the view was perfect, and not having to use the elevator was a bonus. Thanks so much for providing space for my family and I to make memories that we will have forever.

Chasin Rays is the perfect stay for families wanting the convenience of the beach with the amenities of home.

Having had the experience of both scenarios, this property is excellent for families with children or couples just looking to get away for a weekend. Reserved beach chairs and a short walk from your room to the water is greatly underrated. The property is also very convenient to great places to eat and fun activities. I can’t overstate how easy this place makes vacationing. We love staying here and will continue to do so!
