- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

Outstanding stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family loved this rental unit! It was clean, comfortable, convenient and well decorated. This exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing from the deck and it is convenient to the beach and pier. Highly recommend .

Not the best room to stay

We have stayed at the tower 3 calypso before and loved the location and atmosphere. So we thought would be the same but it was just the room we had a/c messed up and light in laundry room went out. So I had to call and text several times and this was the next day before they finally came to our room to fix a/c but laundry room light was never fixed. Also there was leftover garbage which was food and candy left in our rooms, and the broom was already broken when we got to the room. They just wasn’t the best getting to help us out.

Good views of the ocean. Cleaning needed

The overall condo was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. But the livingroom was terrible. The sofa and chairs were very hard to sit on. The rug in living room was not clean. Lits of Sand in it. But overall, we enjoyed the condo.

Upon arrival it was 80 plus degrees in unit and not cleaned well. Had to contact host, had to reset Ac it did not cool down for several hours. Housekeeping did not speak English, had to call 4 different people and they sent someone to service the dishwasher???!!! I never even used the dishwasher. Good location, clean pool.

The condo was great! The views were spectacular and the location was close to everything! The pool was amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, no issues with host

No issues with our stay, great host! We did have a hiccup with the A/C one day but a quick response resolved the issue. The next section is my reflection on the entire condo unit. Knowing this beforehand might have influenced our decision to stay here, so I thought you might too: Let's start with the parking garage and the labyrinth you have to take to get to your room. The garage is a separate building of the 3 towers. The only way to get to your building is to either go across on the ground floor or the third floor. It's not that big of a deal but if you have a lot of things that you are toting to your room or need to make multiple trips to your car, be sure you are on one of those floors to avoid having to take multiple elevators. Now on to the pool and their rules. Maybe this is normal for PCB, but it was a first for me. Basically, you cannot have a drink (of any kind) in the pool or even on the edge. There were two enforcers constantly watching to make sure the rules were adhered to. When asked why, they said they would have to drain the pool if anything spilled in there. I thought this was a laughable response as there were kids and babies in the pool along with their bodily functions. My drink should be the least of your worries. There was a day where they were working on the tiles at the pool, using a chop saw right beside the pool. They were blowing dust and debris straight into the pool, which also made me question why they were so worried about the drinks.

The best place yet!

My family and I loved this condo. Was very roomy for 4 adults and a baby. Walking distance to pier park was a plus for us. We have stayed at several places in pcb and this is by far the best one. We will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed!

Great condo with outstanding location

Our condo was very clean and smelled clean on our arrival. No check in process was awesome with just using code to get into condo. Family spring break and view from condo is outstanding. 2 large bedrooms and one small bedroom. Location for this condo was absolutely perfect with beach across street (can use skyway) and can wall to Pier Park mall. Only inconvenience was hot tub was not warm and pool and hot tub closed early each night (assuming to eliminate Spring Break problems). Great family Spring Break trip.

Nice rental, cleaning wasn’t thorough

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice new rental unit with amenities listed. The cleaning aspect could be a little more thorough. The surfaces had spills etc and I found some hairs on towels etc. water heater is also either small OR doesn’t work properly. You could barely get one shower out of it which was difficult to spread them out so much in order to get out of the door on time. We also had some difficulty with parking communication with our oversized vehicle which was resolved after a conversation with the parking manager.

Ok at first glance but….

Overall this property was very disappointing. The listing pictures appear nice and clean, however in person the condo was not clean, had lots of wear and tear throughout, and has several broken appliances/ not working items. When we checked in I noticed that most surfaces needed to be dusted, one shower was dirty, had a broken shower curtain rod with rust on the rod, the living room rug was not clean, the floors appeared clean, however after walking around barefoot for a few minutes my toddler’s feet were black and dirty, there were splatters of something orange on some of the bedroom walls, the kitchen vent was very dirty and black, the kitchen floor was missing a few small pieces of flooring or was never finished, a broken piece of one of the kitchen chairs was laying on the counter and that entire seat was loose/ couldn’t be used, and the stove had a large crack/ missing piece of stove top (this was noted in a previous review but obviously never fixed). The next day we discovered that the shower had a dirty/ mildewed shower liner and the water did not drain properly. While showering several inches of water remained in the tub. I contacted the property manager who offered to send someone to “clean some of the spots”, however we had already cleaned the shower and areas that directly effected us. Later we discovered that the dryer was broken. We used our own sheets/ bedding over theirs, however when stripping the beds for checkout we noticed dirty pillows and mattress pads.

Nice Place!

Condo and views were awesome! A few suggestions: bring chip clips, plastic containers with lids and anything else you are use to using. It is only stocked with the basics . You are right by Pier Park and have the loud road noise if the squatted trucks but can’t hear anything inside the condo. Views were awesome of both the beach and Pier Park! Would book again for sure!!

Gorgeous view!

Balcony view was great. Location was great. Few minor issues with the unit… stovetop had a huge crack making half of the burners unusable and the ice maker didn’t work. Ease of access to the elevator, pool, ocean, etc was a huge plus. Parking was very secure. The pool was lovely but is shaded until 11 or 12 and they could use a few more lounge chairs. We loved how spacious our unit was and how close the building was to so many shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Gorgeous Property

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and huge! The layout was perfect and the view was amazing! We had 8 people kids to adults and never felt cramped! The amenities were perfect and access to the beach was easy! We would definately stay here again!

Great condo!

We loved our stay. The condo was new and very clean. The restaurant downstairs had great food and was so convenient. Management was very quick to respond when I emailed. Will definitely stay here again.
