NOTICE - We do not rent to high school or college age groups - We rent to family groups only. The principals in renting must be over 25 years of age and be present for the entire duration of the stay.

Celadon Beach Resort - Quiet WEST END of the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

Close to Pier Park, Frank Brown Sports Complex and the international airport.

Tasteful, comfortable furnishings throughout.

Port-a-Crib is provided for babies

Beach Service Chairs included at no charge for the duration of your stay between March 1st and October 31st.

Comfortable Adirondack chairs and bar height table and chairs for relaxing evenings on the balcony - seating for 6.

2 heated pools and hot tubs with large deck and lounge chairs.

Covered or uncovered poolside area.

Flat screen televisions with premium cable in each bedroom

High speed internet and Direct TV included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless appliances,

Breakfast bar has seating for four and the dining table seats four.

Covered 4 deck parking garage and covered crossover walk way

We do not supply beach towels or children's sand toys.

We rent to adults and their families. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).

Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Our NEST thermostat allows for warm month temperature settings between 70 - 77 degrees. If you require temperatures below 70 degrees, please do not rent our property. We do not adjust for lower settings.

Parking pass is required. Cost is $45 and is paid directly to the Homeowners Association.

This is our second home and we spend 6 - 8 weeks of the year here. We ask only that our guest respect and care for our property while enjoying a beach vacation.

* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* This is a 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets' Unit and property.
* The HOA monitors for smoking on the balconies - proven violation of the no smoking policy could result in warning, fines and/or forfeiture of your security/damage deposit.

Great time in PCB

We had a great time in PCB and Celadon. Condo was clean, well stocked, beautiful view from the balcony. The property owners were very responsive!

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It is a great location if you are looking for a quieter experience. It was a further drive from some of the restaurants we wanted to visit. The pools and beach were great.

Great Location and Ammenities

Great beach trip. Condo was very clean and well stocked. It had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The included beach chairs are a nice extra. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Chucks condo. The building was overall quiet and had all we needed. Had issues with the thermostat and Chuck was easily reached and helped us out.

Wonderful condo

Great condo to stay at for a week in Panama City beach. Loved the free beach service that is included with this unit. Unit was very clean & had everything we needed. Host was very helpful & easy to contact. Would definitely rent here again.

Perfect Spring Break

This condo was perfect for our two families!! Gorgeous top floor view, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, games, books, beach supplies, laundry…everything! The bonus of two loungers on the beach and two pools was great, too. Being beachfront truly changed our holiday, so easy to just pop out for a little walk or splash! The kids loved the bunk room, too. Chuck was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The early checkin and extra info when requested was appreciated. Parking was easy, and everyone at Celadon was very friendly. We travel to PCB every year and will definitely look to book this condo again!

Best Condo at Celadon

My husband and I stayed with our 17 year old daughter and her best friend. We have been staying at Celadon for years over fall break. Chuck and Gail’s condo was by far our favorite condo. Every little detail had been thought of from storage in all the rooms, fans in all of the bedrooms, a full stocked kitchen and the most comfortable balcony furniture. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. Chuck was available for any questions I had and even allowed us to checkin early. We will definitely be looking to stay in 2302 again.

Family vacation 2023

We were very happy with this condo. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, my husband, myself, our 17 year old son and his girlfriend. Plenty of beds for us. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We love the Celadon complex and have stayed there several times in the past. It waa very easy to get in touch with Mr. Ehrhart. If we had a complaint it would be that the air wouldnt go lower than 70, but we did keep comfortable with the fans. Will definitely stay here again!!

First stay at Caledon and Last.

Condo was nice could use some updated. Both beds hard. Tv in bunk room did not work. Ac temp was not consistent, Got hot at night. No we didn't leave door open. I had to call to fix WiFi didn't have that for 2 days had College student with us. No one at front desk, Elevators not working Pool was Closed 2 days. Dryer loud squeaking noise. It was ok room.

Panama City Vacay 🇺🇸

We stayed the week of 4th of July. Panama City was definitely booming. It was only my second time visiting the city. It gets a bit “wild” along Front Beach Road at night, mainly with the younger folks and golf carts however it is more near the pier area. This condo is in a wonderful location, only a few miles from restaurants/retail stores/entertainment. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the 23rd floor is gorgeous! The resort had 2 pools ( a bit small compared to other places we have stayed but okay for the littles - got a little crowded at times however we do realize it was a Holiday weekend). Chuck- the owner is very attentive to needs and uses great communication. The only issue we had was the refrigerator- freezer wouldn’t freeze/fridge wasn’t very cold but we made due- even after unplugging and resetting temps but we made due and after figuring out the nest control for the air conditioner it was much better (haha). We would definitely stay here again in the future but for now on our way back to KY!

Perfect

The condo was exactly how it was advertised and the owner was the most responsive host. He called a week before our stay to inform us of the check in process and amenities. The only negative experience was the beach chairs and umbrella situation. We checked in and went to the tiki hut and the young man got my name and condo number and told me to sit in the second row any chairs for the week and that’s all we needed to do. We were fine for about 3 days and then the same young man came and had us move on the 4th day saying those chairs were reserved and we didn’t have any chairs due to them being over booked. He said his boss deleted our names. Said the same thing, just sit in the third row from now on and you’ll be fine. After getting in touch with the owner, he told us that was not the process and we were to get designated chairs. The next morning we went and the older gentleman took our info and designated us chairs for the duration of the stay. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but we had to move 2 coolers, an umbrella, 4 other chairs. Just inconvenient.

I have to review different parts of this listing separately. Owner/Host: 5+ Stars - very friendly and extremely attentive to making sure the whole process is simple. Always reachable & helpful. Couldn’t say more positive about them. Condo Building: 4 stars - pretty nice place. Several elevator problems during our stay which left long waits at the elevators. The unit was well stocked & comfortable. Beach: 5 stars - soft, powdery white sand and a large beach area. Ocean: 0 stars - this was the worst section of ocean I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if it was just the week we went or what, but the ocean in front of the condo was riddled with thick, pulpy seaweed and/or algae for the duration of our stay. You’d go into the ocean & walk out looking like you were wearing a ghillie suit. Seaweed and/or algae stuck to every part of us. Pockets full of it in our swimsuits. Tangled all through our hair. Late in the week we decided to walk a bit down the beach to see if other sections of the ocean were the same. A mile in either direction and the ocean was the clear, emerald green you expect from the gulf. In front of the Celadon though was terrible.

Everything you need...and more!

What a beautiful condo with so much to offer! We had everything we needed, plus some! Love to find extras, like a small cooler and extra beach chairs to use. We loved the beach service provided, and Suzanne down there was very friendly and helpful in getting us a front row spot! The condo was spacious and decorated so beautifully. Very restful and homey. A starter kit of laundry and dishwasher pods, and kitchen trash bags were provided, which was such a nice touch. The towels weren't the scratchy, thin, small kind. They were fluffy and luxurious! And I loved there was a full-sized water heater, so when we all took showers, no one got stuck with cold water! We cooked a couple of evenings and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our needs. The view from our room was gorgeous - the balcony was wide and roomy, with no roof over you, which is wonderful for star-gazing at night, although I did miss sitting out on the balcony when it rained. But that would be my only complaint - and it's really not a complaint! :) The pool was never overcrowded, even though there were lots of people at the condo, and we appreciated their enforcing the quiet hours and the non-smoking rule. Everything was kept clean and well-maintained. The elevators did take longer than we hoped, and there was absolutely NO air-flow in there, so when it was full (every time we got on) and the doors closed, it could be quite stifling. It would be nice to have some sort of fan or air-flow in the elevators, but I know that is a property issue, not the condo owners. We loved being on the quiet end of PCB, and drove down to Pier Park one night for ice cream. It was crazy busy, so next time may skip that and head down to Thomas' Family Donuts where they just opened an ice cream shop. By the way, they have awesome donuts and biscuits - we had them twice during the week! Our favorite seafood was just half a mile down at Mike's Oyster Bar and Café. Yum! The grilled shrimp, catch of the day, and smoked tuna dip was awesome - we would highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful visit! The owners made everything easy and comfortable, and we hope to be back!

Sincere appreciation

Much appreciation to Chuck for his attentiveness and willingness to share what He and his wife have earned after working many years. I enjoyed reading their bio and seeing their picture in the notebook of answers on the sliding coffee table. Thank you for the Adirondack chairs my teenage daughter and I shared enjoying orange slices and ice cream sandwiches for breakfast on the top floor balcony. I appreciated the unobstructed view of the water and sky in the day, from the master suite, perfect for pondering, and the striking view of the stars with "moon roof" balcony at night! I am grateful for the extra third room with built in bunk beds long enough for children taller than parents, the full sized washer and dryer, complimentary chairs and umbrella, cool Nest air, fresh linens and peaceful environment. You'll be grateful as well.

Beautiful view of the emerald coast

We stayed June 11-18 2022 and had a wonderful time. The unit is clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the full size washer and dryer. The balcony was my favorite spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the stingrays and sharks. The beach here stays pretty busy in June. That’s the norm though. The only thing that I would have liked to avoid is the wait for the elevator. The rush times of 10am and 4pm were the worst due to the check in and check out times. It is also challenging to find a luggage cart when you need one. I guess that is just part of having a prime spot to take in the breathtaking views of the gulf coast!! Thanks Chuck!! We enjoyed it!
