Completely renovated inside and out lakefront 3 bed / 2 bath home on the 2MM. Beautiful modern-finishes with tons of privacy on a wooded lot offering shaded outdoor areas on hot summer days. Spectacular views of the Ginger Cove and the main channel, 300 feet of shoreline, and dock with boat slip and swim platform. Watch the sunsets from the new patio or the huge two-level deck, both offer spectacular views throughout the day of the main channel and Ginger Cove. Two bedrooms feature queen beds and have private bathroom access. The third bedroom is a cozy bunk room with twin beds. Luxury finishes including custom showers, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many more. Free wi-fi and smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room. Bluetooth sound bar in living room to play either music from your phone or better sound when watching TV. Queen bedrooms and bar/kitchen area have charging stations. Plenty of deck furniture and a large umbrella for shade. Gas BBQ grill (3 burner). Steps to the main level and to the dock. The dock features a single slip (10' x 24') and swim dock with ladder. Ask about renting the water mat and 2 kayaks. Perfectly located off Horeshoe Bend Parkway, within 5 minutes of the Bagnell Dam strip and Osage Beach Parkway (outlets, shops, grocery, dining, etc.) by land.

Perfect for a girls weekend

My four friends and I had a great time! The house was perfect for our needs. Enough space and great interior design and layout. My favorite part was private access to the lake. Amazing! We will be back.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was wonderful- clean, secluded, quiet....the list goes on! The driveway was a little scary at first but after a few times going in and out we mastered it. Definitely a great spot for someone wanting to be on the water but close to everything. Would stay there again!

Perfect lake stay!

Everything you could need or want, beautiful home. Plenty of privacy from neighbors or if you are staying with another couple, split bedroom set up is nice. Wonderful property we will rent again when we are at the lake!

Jamie, Andrea, Marc, and Nikki are sibling's and their spouses from central Missouri that acquired a lakefront property that had been in the same family since the 1960's! The existing home was painstakingly updated and renovated while the grounds have been preserved to keep the natural and rustic atmosphere.
