Our home is located in a prime location intertwining glamour and convenience, it is situated steps away from the bay and one block from Marine Ave., the heart of Balboa lsland including a gourmet market, an abundance of charming boutiques, and note-worthy restaurants. Allow your dreams of coastal extravagance to come to life on the prestigious Balboa Island-an unrivaled haven in this iconic and historical destination.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
There is a shared garage with the tenant of 200 Ruby. One garage spot per tenant,(H 6.5 ft / W 8 ft / Depth 17.5 ft) along with plenty of street parking. Many shops, restaurants, and stores are located within walking or biking distance.
PETS - This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
- Primary guest must be 30+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9 pm - 7 am.
- No Front Patio/ Balcony Access after 9 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and is provided pending availability.
