Warren Beach Rentals is proud to present Grand Panama 1-205 Directly on the Gulf, on the 2nd floor, with the LARGEST Balcony in all of Grand Panama at over 600 sq feet. This incredible property is just like having your own Beach House. No other unit even comes close.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the upscale quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer.
Our beachfront unit 1-205 is on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the Gulf, pool, and white sand, just steps away from the beach, pools, tiki bar, and hot tubs.

This is a fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, with a bunk bed alcove area and queen-size sleeper sofa.

The outdoor living area in this unit cannot be overstated. Roomy enough for any and all activities.

Enjoy free WiFi, cable, flatscreen smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Watch the sun set right from your balcony while you enjoy dinner at your private patio table.

Pets allowed ... $225 plus tax per dog.....25lb limit....NO EXCEPTIONS

This upscale resort has all of the best amenities, including two massive pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, on-site fitness center, and a tiki bar with food and drinks right at your fingertips.

Beautiful condo on the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay for a week. It was just us two at the condo. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants and shopping. The condo exceeded our expectations and had a really nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the condo! It was easy to get to, clean, and plenty of space for 2 couples without feeling like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding on the Beach

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. Grand Panama is by far the best in PCB! We had a gorgeous wedding on the beach, just in front of the condo, it was perfect!

The views were amazing, the condo had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. It is absolutely stunning. The deck is my favorite part!

Location

The condo is very nice. We did have a few issues upon arrival that needed addressed and were. Wonderful deck area. Very well stocked. I wish there had been an open cupboard for food. I just stacked up their dishes and made some room. The living room sofa was not very comfortable. It is unfortunate that owners have to put old furniture in their units due to guests not respecting property. When you stay for an extended period of time and weather is cool, you spend more time in the unit. The TV was very nice.

8/10 recommend - the furniture was not comfortable at all, and after a day in the sun and fun…this old lady needed a comfortable place to recover! LOL But the location was fantastic!

Perfect location & balcony

Grand Panama 205 exceeded our expectations! The balcony is amazing - it really is much larger than the others! The location is easy to get in and out with it being on the 2nd floor and located close to the elevator. Everything in the room was as described and met our needs. Check-in and out was easy and communication was great! There was an issue with one of the tv’s and I received a text letting us know before we even checked in that they were working on it and it was fixed before we even got there. Highly recommend this property!

Room was GREAT!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Panama. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The balcony was AMAZING! No problems checking in or out. The only reason for a 4 Star Review- I emailed the “help” email about the dishwasher not working (no lights, no sounds, etc) and got zero reply. I texted the maintenance number the next day, only to find out that maintenance had indeed been in our condo (without us knowing) to check into the issue with the dishwasher. Some guests may be fine with that, we were not. Apparently there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher (that’s just how it operates). I would have appreciated the heads up that someone other than us would be entering the condo. Overall, I would stay and book with them again.

Beautiful condo-updated-well maintained-

Beautiful condo-it has everything you will need, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We have stayed in many condos at Grand Panama, and this is the nicest condo we have ever rented. We could not get the dishwasher to work (user error) and Warren Beach Rentals had someone out in 3 hours. I highly recommend renting from them. Trish is great to work with!

Wonderful vacation stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The large balcony helped with our small grandchildren for them to enjoy the outside. The outdoor view & scenery was amazing . The condo was clean & comfortable. We would definitely look forward to our next year family vacation here at the resort & hopefully the same condo.

My self and guests had a great time. The view, the balcony was amazing. A few issues when we first arrived, however a very quick response impressive. at the end of the week didn't want to leave. The view the space of condo, the easy check in and out, I will look for this condo for 2023 vacation. 5 thumbs up

Exceeded expectations

This condo is truly AMAZING! We were blown away the minute we stepped thru the door. The balcony and view are PRICELESS. The condo was clean and simply yet tastefully decorated. The carpet was plush and appeared to be brand new. This condo made you feel at home until you looked outside. The proximity to the ocean and the pool really set this one apart. I have zero complaints and just one small tiny recommend and that is a cookie sheet:) The kitchen has everything else one could need. Thank you for an amazing getaway. 5+stars

Already planning next years stay!

We loved this condo! It has a huge balcony. The condo has been beautifully updated and was spotless when we arrived. Warren Beach Rentals has been great to work with providing a lot of information about our stay both before and during. We will rent this unit again - highly recommend!

Easy check in, 2nd floor condo was very clean, ceiling fan didn't work in the master bedroom, we notified our host and a very nice gentleman came and replaced it immediately, my family of 7 loved the property and location was perfect for us. We will definitely book and stay again.
