This beautiful 4th floor 2br/2ba with bunk room beachfront condo offers everything you will need to enjoy an unforgettable beach getaway! You will love the views and sunsets from the huge balcony! Palazzo is highly desired for its upscale nature and amenities including hot tub, elevated gulf front heated pool and spa, fitness center, conference center and gulf side parking. Palazzo is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach yet is still close to Pier Park (only one mile away) and everything you want to do on your vacation.

Property is 13 miles from ECP Airport and has a grocery store within a couple of blocks. Also, McGuires restaurant is directly behind the property. A rental car would be nice to get the full PCB experience but is not necessary as you can get around with just a few uber rides.

Included in your stay you will also have beach service from Mar1- Oct 10, this includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

Property has ring doorbell for your security.

** Parking is $40 per vehicle per stay and registration is required online at guestsvcs.com before your stay. Parking is available in on site garage, take any unmarked space. Parking Garage maximum clearance is 6' 10". Taller vehicles with top luggage racks will likely not make the height requirement and gate will flash yellow and not open, those vehicles will be required to park in lot across street. No Boats, Trailers, RV's or jet skis permitted in parking garage (they as well will have to park across street but it’s a very short walk to elevator).

Best condo at the Palazzo!!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed at the Palazzo and we have been staying there for 25 years. It was located on the 4th floor and we could absolutely see all sorts of wildlife from our balcony. The furnishings and art in this condo were pristine! If you like farmhouse you will love this condo. The host was so responsive and we will be trying to rent this same place every vacation to PCB! Thanks so much for a perfect vacation week!

Fall break and Birthday week!

Stayed at John’s place for my wife and daughter’s birthday week which also happened to be fall break. The immaculate condo was way bigger than the pictures show. John was quick to alleviate any issues and provided advice about the area. West Panama City Beach was very relaxed and away from the busier beaches and traffic. We would definitely stay again!

What you see is what you get!

I have been going to PCB for over 60 years and have stayed in many condos. This condo is decorated very nicely. Loved the pool & hot tub. Having the beach chairs and umbrella makes your life so much more simple, you don't have to drag a bunch of stuff with you and at my age I don't care to have to move just to go to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Of course having a washer & dryer makes your life easy too, because we were there for 2 weeks and didn't have to take all the clothes we own. The parking deck was a lot easier to maneuver than other condos we have stayed in. Now to the final thing, John the owner of the condo is FANTASTIC!!! He is soooo easy to get ahold of and responds almost as fast as you text/email him. He's a very pleasant person to work with and we were even able to check in early because the people before us left the day before we came in so the place was cleaned the day before we arrived so we were able to get in early on the day we arrived. I definitely plan on working with John again in the future. Thank you John for your hospitality, you were great to work with!!@take everything we needed

Just Wow!!!

John’s home is better than the photo’s you see on VRBO. The place is beautifully decorated and has a lot of space to move around and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Everything you needed was available, including nice beach chairs that John provides. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the pool is heated. But now the best, John. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and by a long shot, John was the best owner I’ve dealt with. He is an excellent communicator, just remarkable and seems to be a great guy. He truly cares about your stay! I wished we could’ve met him. This home and John is the best place to stay in PCB!!! The owner makes a difference, trust me.

Perfect Spot

Absolutely zero complaints for this specific condo, the entire property and location. It is on the quiter end of PCB and a bit smaller than the high rises so much less crowded. My family of 4 had plenty of room in the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The water pressure was perfect. There are two sinks in the king bathroom, not sure that is clear in the listing. It was a pleasant surprise. The space is much bigger than the pictures. The pool looks bigger in person too. Plenty of chairs. We loved all the seating options on the balcony, especially the loungers. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with extra blankets. Loved the convenient parking and fast elevators. We never waited. We loved our week long stay at this location. Very clean and quiet. Easy in and out. We would definitely book this condo again. John was great with communication.

Wonderful Stay

By far one of the best experiences going through VRBO! John was so responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as expected and we could not have had a better experience. I recommended him to everyone that we were with. Close to everything and right on the water. If/when we ever go back, this is where we will stay!

Best Condo In Panama City Beach Florida!

WONDERFUL! My 3 girlfriends & I stayed at Palazzo July 2023. I have stayed at Palazzo before & couldn't wait to go back! It was even better than last time. This time we had a 4th floor unit with 2 bedrooms + a bunk room. To sum it up: Spacious. HUGE fabulous balcony. LOCATION. Parking. Quiet. Staff. Super clean. Comfy beds. Large kitchen with tons of amenities. Full size appliances. Convenient double vanities off the master (bonus for girlfriend). And the owner.....Extremely attentive & gave us everything we needed to know. He was available all the time with any questions! Never any issues! Will definitely rent from him again :) Thank you for an extremely great vacation!

Condo was perfect for our family and a great location! Close to all the fun PCB has to offer but quite location. Beach is not crowded and elevators are fast. Highly recommend. John was amazing to work with and made everything easy!

This condo was Amazing! It had everything you need for the perfect stay. The condo sits on the fourth floor that is close enough to see the views of the pool and ocean but also very quite. We enjoyed our time with our family. The location was perfect! John is an excellent host! He is very responsive and truly cares about his guests enjoyment. We will definitely stay again.

The Absolute Best!

This property was AMAZING! The condo was the cleanest we've ever been in! There was every appliance we needed and more! There was plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc! We not only fed our family of 5 the whole week....we fed more friends staying nearby! The view is amazing! We never had longer than a 1-2 minute elevator wait! There was always parking amd luggage carts readily available! The beach service was great as well as the people setting it up and breaking it down! We had ample room and the ice maker in the unit keeps up with demand!!! Mr. John Browne, our host, was the best! He is very responsive and easy to work with! We have zero complaints and have found the place for our yearly vacations! Thanks again so much!!!

Better than I expected

This condo was so much more than I expected. It was clean and well organized. The rooms were large and very nicely decorated. The view of the beach from the balcony was great. John gave us all the info and helpful videos of how to work everything. We will be back.

Options and details make this one great!

Every detail of this condo was exceptional, including tasteful colors and decor. We appreciated the soft and serene green walls, the sandy beige tile, and the fun sea accessories. But the showstopper, of course, was the fantastic balcony overlooking white sand and emerald water. We appreciated both the stunning view and the comfort of that balcony, with 3 seating options. We could stretch out on two chaise lounges with glasses of wine for a direct view of the sun sinking over the ocean each evening. We could sit upright at the little bistro set for coffee in the mornings. A high table offered a third option for a full meal out there! Nothing beats lots of in-room options on a getaway, and this condo offered plenty of them. Since it was unseasonably cold for some of our stay, we really appreciated being able to enjoy the view from inside the unit as well. The sectional sofa looks out at the ocean and was the next best thing to the balcony. We noticed that the owner had thoughtfully provided a basket of blankets and throws for enjoying chilly sunsets on the balcony. Although was too cold for us to use them, we thought it was a great example of the thoughtful attention given to detail in this condo. The master bedroom offered both a comfy bed and a fantastic view. Having two sinks in the master bathroom was an unexpected bonus. We did not prepare any meals in the kitchen other than breakfast, but it seemed well stocked. Responsive owner, easy to work with.

Construction in Paradise

We loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated. Equipped with anything you could want for a comfortable stay. Our host, John, was wonderful to work with and was there for us at any time. The only problem was that we were not notified by anyone that there was going to be major construction going on during our entire stay. No hot tub, no pool, no beach access and extreme noise from equipment. Our host apparently was not notified either. He was very apologetic and has taken care of us. We made the best of it and will certainly go there again.
