The HOA requires guests to register online with Guest Services before arriving for their stay. The fee of $40.00 will include one parking space in the garage. You must be at least 30 years of age to be the primary tenant for Palazzo 1204.
A beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is included with this rental from March through October.
Please Note: If you choose to pay by Credit Card there is a service charge of 4 percent that is charged by the Credit Card provider. This fee will be shown on your itemized list of charges. The initial fee of 2 percent that is charged with your first payment is non refundable because I do not receive these funds.
