Overall this is a good stay, and we have stayed in this unit before. Location is good and the view is excellent. The sofas need a deep clean, and the cooking utensils need updating. Other than that, this can be booked with confidence you will have an enjoyable beach stay experience.

Unit was just as pictured, and very clean with the exception of the couch being very worn (if you sit in the middle of it you can feel the wood frame) and the guest room missing some paint on the wall. Check in & out was very easy, communication was great and we were flooded with emails and texts preparing us for our stay

Thank you for the 4‑star review. Glad the unit matched the listing and that check‑in/out and communication worked well. Sorry about the worn couch and the missing paint in the guest room — we’ve scheduled a furniture inspection to repair or replace the seating and arranged a touch‑up for the wall. We’ll also review our pre‑arrival message cadence to avoid overwhelming guests while keeping important information clear. Appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.
