My family and extended family enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I have a family member with mobility issues and it is perfect as it accessible being that it is on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a beautiful and large shower to accommodate. The beach is steps away and I wasn’t walking forever in the hot sand to get to the ocean. I also very much appreciated your prompt replies and great communication. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

Was perfect for our family and so close to the beach. Very clean and modern and cozy. Mr. Potter was very prompt if we had any questions and was very helpful. Will absolutely rent this again!

We had a great stay! The place was comfortable and so close to the beach. We really liked being on the ground floor--it was so easy to walk out, no stairs to contend with when wrangling the beach gear. We enjoyed people-watching on the patio, too. Excellent mid-town location, close to so many great restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property. Great shape. 5-stars all the way. Slept me, my wife, my two adult children and their significant others comfortably. Great location near the beach and excellent restaurants. I’d love to stay here again some day.

We enjoyed our stay for the second year at this property. Location is great and very close to the beach…also love that there are no steps to get in to the house.

OCMD Shore Trip

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfy and was very close to the beach. Loved not having any steps to get in house except one step off of sidewalk. Do note that if you have a large vehicle there is only a 6 ft clearance to the off street parking spot. There is on street free parking which was usually available while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

My husband and I have been coming to OCMD as children and together since dating 13 years ago. We’ve never had one place that we absolutely loved and wanted to return to year after year. Well, I can tell you that is not the case anymore! The condo is the perfect size, perfect location, just absolutely perfect! We WILL be returning!! We wished we booked for a longer trip! For context, it was my husband and I, and our 2 kids: 22 months and 5.5 years. The ground floor was perfect for our beach wagon accessibility and all the stuff we end up carrying! Thank you Bill!

Great Location

We had a nice stay at this condo! Overall, everything was very clean and also well-stocked with anything that you could possibly need which is always nice. Plenty of room for a family with the 3 bedrooms. The location is great with being on the ground floor and super close to the beach! The only issues that we ran into was we didn't find out that the clearance to get to your parking spot behind the building is 6 feet which is not very tall. We had been planning on bringing our larger vehicle down and had to switch to our smaller car at the last minute which prevented us from bringing a few things down because we lacked the space. I know the parking out front is free but spaces were filled up the entire time that we were there so that would've been a pain to constantly try to find a parking spot. The other issue was the condo above us. You can hear every single foot step, thump and noise from whoever is there. We have stayed in several different condos in OC and have never had that much noise from neighbors. Unfortunately whoever was above us were up past midnight most nights so our sleeping wasn't the best with constantly hearing their noise from above. We made do with putting the fan on and using sound machine apps on our phones. Again, the property was nice and it was a great location but I wanted to be honest about a few issues we ran into in case it might be helpful to any future renters.

Amazing

I am absolutely in Love with this property. With my son being in a wheelchair it’s hard to find a place that works for us .. a small portable ramp that I brought along he was in and out no problem! Super close to beach! Incredible shower! Super clean and spacious loved all the comfy beds the shark room was cool! Just amazing!

Great stay

Had a great time staying at this property with my family. The condo had everything we needed, was spacious, and comfortable. Its proxmity to the beach is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet. Short drive to the boardwalk, amusment parks, etc. Bill, the owner, is very reponsive. I highly reccomend. We had a great time and made many happy memories.

Amazing place

We were a group of 8. Six adults and 2 kids. The apartment is as advertised. The place is very cozy, very clean, nicely decorated and spacious! Communications with Bill was speedy. The front patio is a plus! As is the few steps and no staircase to the beach. We plan to consider staying here again. Higly recommended.

Spectacular

We ended up here after our original place was cancelled due to a sale. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find another place so close to the ocean. This place was actually much better, being on the bottom level was great for taking stuff in/out to the beach and unloading and loading the car. This place was spotless and has everything and more. The owner Bill answered any question I had almost immediately. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Location

My party and I had a great time in this beautiful, clean condo! They have everything thought of with that they offer! Everything was updated and modern, the location was amazing (just steps to the beach) and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The owner Bill was always very responsive to any questions we had. No issues with this condo at all! Love it and would book again!
