SPACIOUS & CLEAN home for FAMILY or FRIENDS to enjoy! Located only a short walk to the beach, 2 blocks from the Convention Center and many shops & restaurants close by.

This 3 Story, very spacious, Beautifully Redecorated town home is located in a great location which has 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 3.5 baths along & high speed internet. Two (2) Master Queen bedrooms - each have PRIVATE Bathrooms Plus NEW Balconies w/ Bay views. Enjoy your favorite TV show at night on the 42' Flat Panel TV's in the Queen bedrooms and family room. The third bedroom has a Double and a Twin bed along with a 24" TV which is for watching DVD movies ONLY. (Sorry, NO CABLE on the 4th TV)

Linen service provided which means all beds are made PRIOR to your arrival, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided as well. Complimentary starter set of welcome supplies includes 1-2 toilet paper, tissues, air fresheners, disinfectant spray, liquid hand soaps in all bathrooms, cotton balls, napkins, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.

Our unit offers 2 COVERED Reserved Parking Spots along with 4 beach chairs for your convenience which means less for you to pack! NEW PRIVATE OUTSIDE Shower also for your use.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new TILE Back Splash, electric range, dishes, glasses and more! For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer located on the first floor.

No Pets are permitted at any time.*** Must be 25 years of age OR older to rent. Driver's license required as proof of ID)

Perfect getaway

Clean, Roomy, and Close to Everything

This property is close walking distance to many great restaurants and most importantly, the beach. It was clean and updated and even though it was close to Coastal Highway it was quiet. A nice place for our family to stay!

Bayside Bliss

We loved the covered parking spaces, the layout, the spaciousness, plentiful A/C, the amenities (towels, soap, paper towels, wipes, coffee maker, etc). It was a home away from home. The beach is also a quick two blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Good location, cute house

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was also great. Near the bus stop. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but nothing else negative to say. Would stay here again.

Perfect property for a weekend get away!

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. We had four people in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were close enough to restaurants and activities to feel part of the action. Having parking was a real plus!

Great Location with Lots of Space

Just across the street from the beach (5-7 minute walk), but really close to the crosswalks so it’s very easy and direct. Great place, tons of space to spread out, very clean and well maintained

Great property and location

Located in the beach area of OC, but just a few blocks walk to the boardwalk. A bathroom on each level, tons of sleeping space, and well stocked kitchen. Seamless check in and check out, I would return.

Family Vacation

This was a great place for our family vacation. 5 adults and 1 kid lived comfortably in this unit. Quick walk to the beach and close to bus stops. Property manager responded very quickly to questions.

Cozy Vacation

The three story condo was in a great location and very thoughtful. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient for a large family and the kitchen had an ample amount of kitchenware, pots and pans. The attention to detail in providing beach equipment is very thoughtful too. It is also walking distance to some great restaurants and parking is conveniently covered being under the building. We definitely recommend this stay to many travelers.

Great family place to stay

Property manager was phenomenal with questions/communication. Had 4 kids (1,3,5,7). Area quiet at night, easily walkable to beach, short drive to board walk. Definitely coming back to this location!

Great location and lovely accommodations

This place was lovely and the keypad entry was great so we didn’t have to manage keys. We loved that they had linen service because it was nice to just come in and relax. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and Seacrets lol. Recommend that you bring a baking sheet if you want to bake things in oven—it’s the only thing the place didn’t have but we made it work. Would stay here again!

Maco Conference

Everything was perfect for four colleagues attending the MaCo conference and needing to be close to activities including the convention center but to have enough privacy to enable doing work off and on as well as relaxing. This was the perfect location and accommodations for that and had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to book this again for next year and will probably extend our stay a little bit. Thank you!!

Great Condo! Close to Convention Center

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. Sharon was in constant communication and quickly replied to any concerns I had. The keypad entry was great so we didn’t have to manage keys. Easy walk to the Convention Center and restaurants. Very clean & nice place! Would stay there again.

Clean, convenient location, and great communication

We had a great stay at this unit! The home was very tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We had family members staying in the same complex a few doors away, and they commented several times on how nice our place was (especially with the TVs in every room). The property manager was very easy to get in contact with and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment is amazing.

The apartment is amazing. The location is right right by the bay and two blocks to the beach. The only issue we had was the neighbors, they tended to play loud music till way past midnight, but that it’s self is out of the control of the property owner. Overall it was an absolute blast and I will definitely be looking for this place again for my next vacation.

Excellent place to stay, all the comforts of home

This condo was lovely. It is so well stocked with everything you’d need to be comfortable. It’s decorated well and is bright and sunny. Having parking spots thay are assigned and covered was great too. The location was fine, about a block and a half from the beach. It’s right next to a surf shop and good restaurant. The property manager messaged me as soon as we arrived to see if everything was ok. We found the place very comfortable and loved our time there.
