The host checked in with us via email, which was fantastic during our stay! The location and condo were amazing. So thankful we found this spot. Will be back! Condo was full equipped and had great amenities.

This VRBO was the best one we have stayed in and we have rented many times with VRBO. The unit was spotless and it had everything you could imagine there. This condo was everything it promised to be. It’s a beautifully decorated first-floor unit, just steps from the parking lot, which made unloading luggage very easy. It’s also only steps from the pool and the beautiful private beach area.Near the beach, there’s a lovely grassy area with lawn chairs where we relaxed every evening after our busy days. One evening, we got dinner to go from a local restaurant and enjoyed it under the tiki hut by the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

The location is amazing. Everyone in the area is so welcoming and friendly. Our host Ed was very quick to respond to our questions. which is very important when you are on vacation. Definitely would stay here again.

This condo has it all; beach, pool, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants in walking distance. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is your place.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect getaway! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. The owners left a nice essentials bag and were very easy to reach with questions. Really enjoyable time, looking forward to a return trip in the near future!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach. Great location, tons of fun family activities nearby. Highly recommended.

It’s a great location and the condo is very comfortable, updated and plenty to do within a short walk/bike ride/drive. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot!

This is our second year staying at this condo property. It is perfectly convenient, and one of the only places with it's own beach. We will be back!

Great thanksgiving

Key Colony and sea isle are perfect place to set up for a week of relaxation. Condo was immaculate and the grounds were spectacular. Nice place to sit beachside while back at condo.

Truly Amazing!

This property is an incredible find. The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. The unit is updated, very well kept, and clean. The beach and pool were very convenient and peaceful. Many things to do in the area. The condo complex is very quiet and offered a lot for our family.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean condo, comfy beds…close to all the things we wanted to do. We didn’t spend a lot of time on beach at rental. But the evenings in grassy area were very nice. Don’t pass up Bahia State Park! The snorkeling there was great! The unit had plenty of cooking items; and basics, coffee, salt pepper, cooking oil, spray, seasonings. Plenty of containers, plastic and glass dishes and bowls, Ziplock bags, foil, cling wrap… most of these are not normally at rentals in my experience. Extra large beach towels, beach chairs, floats, sand toys, umbrellas in both bedroom closets. We did our best to follow rules. We did hang our beach towels to dry out on rails, which was against the HOA rules. Nothing too extreme. We did have to go to a laundry mat to wash the extra large towels during our stay. No biggie. Florida beaches during this time have a lot of seaweed that has an odor… we tried to avoid bringing that odor inside … Hope I don’t get a ding on rating. The unit is very convenient being on first floor. Coin laundry right beside door of unit. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Sunset park is just a nice quick walk away, very nice area with pier, there are water hoses for cleaning fish. Sombrero beach had the best shelling…just take bug spray if going in evening!! All communication was great.

Great Stay

The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Had an issue with the master bathroom shower draining and it was quickly taken care of. Key colony is located in the middle of the keys making it a short drive to Islamorada 30 minutes and 1 hour from Key West. The beach and pool area were also very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing beach location

Perfect rental. First floor, everything you need to cook, quiet grounds, nice pool and beach. They have the extras that make it feel super nice like soaps and extra towels. They include beach towels and beach gear (chairs, toys, parasol). Great place to base out of and my tween and teen loves the pool and shuffleboard. Walking distance to sunset Beach and great walking path around Key Colony. Highly recommend.

Key Colony Base

Great unit in a convenient location to base a stay in the keys. Easy drive to Key West or the upper keys. Unit has everything you need. Restaurants are within walking distance. Nice beach and pool. We will look at this unit for our next visit.

Great Unit, Great Beach

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths worked great. The unit was fully equipped with everything we could need including beach stuff like towels, toys, snorkles, the works. We really liked the private beach. After checking out the public beaches nearby, we found ourselves going to the private one every day. We'd definitely come back here.

Great Beach Vacay!!

My husband and I loved our time at the Sea Isle condo. When we arrived we both noticed how clean it was….spotless! We also greatly appreciated how well appointed it was. From soap and shampoo in the bathrooms to spices and clear wrap in the kitchen. The pool and beach areas were very nice as well and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful blue water. The condo is also super convenient to the rest of Marathon. Communication was great. We had a couple of questions and the owners responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Fantastic place for family of 4.

The condo was very close to Sunset Park. Checking in and out was super easy. It is a short walk to two different scenic beach areas. There is one dedicated parking space for the unit. There were also some guest parking spaces open too. It was well stocked with chairs umbrellas and beach essentials. The kitchen was very well stocked too. My wife was able to start cooking as soon as we got our groceries. The beds were clean and comfy. It has two full bathrooms, which is very nice for the Keys. It's a about an hour drive to Key West and also to Key Largo. Both beautiful drives! There are boating and great restaurants close by too. Highly recommended for groups of 4 or less.

Amazing!!!

Everything advertised was spot on and so much more! We had such an amazing stay. The condo and location were so lovely that we didn’t want to leave. The space is well stocked with everything you could ever need while on vacation, from kitchen supplies to beach toys. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs! The beds are extremely comfortable. Sheli was so fantastic and welcoming, and so was Kristen, the property manager. Communication was top notch and left me with no questions leading up to arrival. I regret nothing about picking this location, and would recommend it to anyone! And I would love to get to come back and stay here again!!!
